Setting Sail on the Adriatic

As the sun began its ascent over the horizon, painting the sky with hues of orange and pink, I found myself boarding a charming boat in Biograd na Moru, ready to embark on the Kornati Cruise adventure. The promise of exploring the Kornati Archipelago and Telašćica Nature Park had lured me in, and I was eager to witness the untouched beauty of these Croatian gems. With just 15 fellow travelers, the intimate setting promised a day of connection with nature and like-minded adventurers.

Shortly after we set sail, the crew welcomed us with a taste of local culture—a shot of grappa. It was a warm, albeit strong, introduction to the day ahead. As we cruised through the azure waters, the gentle breeze carried the scent of the sea, and I couldn’t help but feel a sense of peace wash over me. Discovering Telašćica’s Wonders

The cliffs, towering majestically above, offered breathtaking vistas that left me in awe of nature’s grandeur.

As I hiked up the steep slopes, the effort was rewarded with views that seemed to stretch into infinity. The Adriatic Sea sparkled below, a vast expanse of blue that merged seamlessly with the sky. A Feast for the Senses
