Tianjin Port - Mutianyu Great Wall - Hotel in Beijing

Tianjin International Cruise Port - Typically, cruises dock at Tianjin port at 7:00 am. If the weather is favorable and clear, it usually takes about 1 hour to clear customs (though it may take longer depending on the number of passengers on your cruise). Your welcoming guide will be holding a sign with your name and will be waiting for you at port exit B at 9:00 am.

Mutianyu Great Wall - After being picked up, you will head directly to the renowned Mutianyu Great Wall (less than 4 hours driving time). You can spend approximately 2 hours exploring the Wall. Besides capturing stunning photos and enjoying its beauty, you can have fun taking a cable car ride or a chairlift/toboggan ride. You are sure to enjoy it immensely.

For lunch, you have the option to dine either before or after your Great Wall tour. Your meal will be served at a local restaurant (lunch fee is at your own expense, but don’t worry, it costs about 7 USD per person).

Beijing - Afterward, you will be transferred back to your hotel (arrangements on your own), and your guide will assist you with the check-in process.

Tiananmen Square - Forbidden City - Temple of Heaven - Tianjin Port

Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang) - Your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel at 8:00 am. You will first visit Tiananmen Square, the world’s largest public square. Explore the surrounding sites with opportunities to capture some incredible photos.

Forbidden City-The Palace Museum - From Tiananmen Square, you will proceed to the Forbidden City, the largest and best-preserved imperial palace in the world. Spend a couple of hours exploring this magnificent example of Imperial architecture and learning about the palace’s history.

Temple of Heaven - Next, head to the Temple of Heaven. Initially constructed in 1420, during the 18th year of the reign of Ming Emperor Yongle, it was expanded and renovated during the reigns of Ming Emperor Jiajing and Qing Emperor Qianlong. Before visiting the Temple of Heaven, you will encounter many locals engaging in exercises, such as playing tai chi, singing with caged birds, and kicking shuttlecocks. Feel free to join them and share in the joy with the local people.

Tianjin International Cruise Port - Typically, it takes about 2.5 hours to travel from Beijing to Tianjin port without heavy traffic. Your guide will suggest the best departure time from Beijing. Please note: Your guide will conclude their work after the Beijing city tour, and only your private driver will take you back to Tianjin port.
