More than only the Bizkaia bridge! - We only expected a sightseeing of the bridge itself and the near surrounding. But we got a nice tour to the cliff, the old oligarch houses and the fisher town - and lots of information about the history of Bilbao. And we could drive in a comfortable van with a very empathetic guide.

What a view - We got a ticket for the lift to the top best choice. A lady with us not happy with heights decided to try Best decision as she was ok a wide sealed crossing fully caged so no fear of dropping a mobile etc Walking over are places to sit and watch the ships go under. We also watched the Tour de Spain 🚲🚲🚲🚲🚲 a lift at the other side and then after walking the nearby town Coming back on the CAR and passenger suspended platform under the walkway we took early. It’s an engineering marvel Must see in action at least don’t miss this.

Amazing structure and engineering - We arrived here on a cruise ship and walked over from the port to experience this iconic structure. For a Euro we were able to walk on to the Gondola. To the other side of the river and then return. It is an amazingly efficient operation. It is possible to take an elevator up to the top for splendid views.

Ask the prices before you go up so you don't get caught by surprise...to cross it normally it costs 0.50 cents...and walking along the p - The truth is that the experience is very good... perhaps it seemed a little expensive to me... but it's better not to get carried away. From there the visits are spectacular...

Not to be missed - Easily accessible from the centre of Bilbao by metro and a fifteen minute walk. The route (made of a steep descent, but for the return you can freely use escalators placed on the sidewalk) makes you taste the majesty of this engineering work. You can make a ticket that allows you to cross in two different ways both of which can be used: I recommend trying the crossing inside the cabin first and then the return by walking on the top of the deck (accessed by an elevator). The bridge is really impressive and the walk on the bridge is very interesting. It's more impressive looking at it from below than walking on it. Interesting panorama.

A piece of France in the Basque country - A bit like the local Eiffel Tower, worth the detour for a walk along the Norbioi Inara with a panoramic view 50m from the ground. The children really enjoyed the walking tour at the top of the bridge.

Recognition point. - When landing at Bilboa airport we were able to take some beautiful pictures of the coastline near Getxo. The Vizcaya Bridge was clearly visible. A first landmark.
