Very nice introduction to the old city. - This was a great way to get a nice introduction to the old city. Samuel was very knowledgeable and informative. I appreciate that he also showed some of the little details that made the city more interesting. I was glad it was limited to a small group and I would definitely recommend this tour to first time visitors.

Great tour, Excellent tour guide! - Excellent tour with plenty of good history to say you know Bilbao. In addition to historical information, Samuel added some personal stories that made the tour more special.

We enjoyed this walking tour with Samuel! - Samuel is an exceptional tour guide. He walked us through the old city and introduced us to so much knowledge and history of Bilbao. Walking on foot was easy and the perfect way to get around this small old city. We highly recommend taking this tour!

Not great, just average. - The tour guide was friendly and polite but his English was not very clear and he didn’t have a good volume. He sometimes started talking about a certain topic without checking if te group had all arrived at the spot where we could see or hear him. He could have given a bit more historical or cultural information about the city and bring a folder with pictures or other props.

Cancelled with no notification. Terrible service - Was really looking forward to this tour as part of our family holiday. We turned up to the meeting point and only when the guide did not turn up did we contact the company to be told that we should have been told it was cancelled. No communication about this had been received. An email and refund from Viator was only then received after the phone call. Really disappointing and poor service. I'm sorry if the guide was ill or had an emergency but we shoudl have been contacted, given that both email and mobile phone details were available. By then it was too late to book an alternative.
