A true fun and nature experience - A lovely experience to do with friends where we got amongst the gardens and then made our own special blend. Love the Candula product I am getting that for life!

Wonderful experience at Jurlique Botanicals - The master class was after the farm tour where we learned about the botanicals grown, how harvested, and methods they used to make their own compost and fertilizer from things grown on the farm. We were able to harvest Jurlique Rose petals, weigh them and place them in drying racks in the drying room. At the master class we were served herbal iced tea made on site with herbs they had grown. We were given a bottle of carrier oil, Jojoba and 7 essential oil fragrances. We were instructed how to sample fragrance, and advised to choose 3 or 4 for our blend. Took awhile to come to a final decision with advice given from Fay, our guide for the day. At the end of class we were all misted with rose water.

Great insight into the Jurlique product process - The 2 hour tour and essential oil blending visit was really interesting. It was fascinating to understand the different types of plants used and their different properties. Jurlique products are expensive, but now I understand why given the organic, biodynamic and hand picking and drying processes used.

Heavenly Roses - My daughter and I really enjoyed the Masterclass experience. The staff were all friendly and gave us lots of information about the business, plants and skin products. Making our own aromatherapy blend was good fun. The farm, well maintained with a good guide who was very informative about the bio-dynamic farming approach to the skin products: very impressive.

Jurlique farm, essential oils, botanicals, skincare - Sunday 19Oct2025 - The roses at home were in full bloom but Jurlique farm roses were still 3 weeks away from blooming. It didn't matter. It was Spring so there were plenty of other herbs, flowering plants and trees to see. It was an easy 35 mins drive from city CBD through either Stirling, Aldgate, Mylor or Stirling, Heathfield and Mylor - we did both routes to enjoy the green countryside. Briggs Flat is just past Mylor and not far from Hahndorf. The drive from gate to farm shop is a scenic landscape - was flowing with daisies and cows grazing - very idyllic. Farm shop reception registered our booking, then we waited until all those who booked arrived. We had time to browse the shelves - Jurlique's skincare ranges. It was a cloudy, warm and humid day so we wore hats. The walk to the display garden enabled us to see how large the property was and how much was either planted in the fields or in the large growing tunnels. We started out with a talk about Holy Basil and its unique properties and then did a full walk around the display garden - there were several stops along the way to sample the products made from various plants. That was a great experience as you got to appreciate the quality of everything from a cleanser to a beneficial oil. The plants were vigorous and healthy thanks to the biodynamic farming practices, and companion planting - they have their own beehives too. After that we visited a display explaining the other farming practices - lunar cycles, composting. Then it was off to the rose field to collect rose petals - Rosa Ragusa. There were just enough in flower for all of us to collect a worthwhile amount to take to the drying racks. This involves going back to the farm shop building and climb 2 sets of stairs - so not accessible for those with mobility limitations. Final activity was blending our own essential oil blend. & essential oils and a jojoba base oil. These included geranium, lavender, lemon grass, orange, rose, eucalyptus. Using a test pad to create your blend first then counting drops of your formulation into the base oil - you then take your creation home. It was an enjoyable and informative 2 hrs and we all appreciated the ice tea after the walk. Our tour guide was passionate about the brand and the farm and was very knowledgeable. We didn't get to see the fabled Jurlique Rose created by Thomson Roses - exclusively for Jurlique - but we did get to smell her and compare with traditional rose fragrance. She is sweeter and more prolific. Thank you to staff for making us feel welcome and for answering all my questions. The products are a luxury item worth indulging in. Enjoy.

A wonderful wellbeing experience at the beautiful Jurlique farm. 💐 - Had a really lovely, interesting and informative experience! Loved hearing about the history of the farm, all the plants grown and their use in the skincare ranges. Enjoyed picking the rose petals and putting them into the drying racks, then making our own oil blend. The tour guide was knowledgeable and passionate about biodynamics and organic skincare. A great brand ambassador. Many thanks for the opportunity. I'm now a committed Jurlique lover.💐🌺🌸💐

Plant to Face: Exploring the Jurlique Brand - This was an interesting insight into a premium skincare brand that I’ve used for around 20 years. Purchased as a gift for me and described as a masterclass I probably expected more of a classroom experience for at least half of the time but this was more about exploring the farm , seeing the plants and trying a product that contained that plant. Our guide was lovely, warm and open but had only been with the company a year. Sometimes you have to cope with some curly questions on experiences. Jurlique is a premium brand and the experience gives you an idea of why those prices can be eye watering. Multiple samples tried on hands meant my hands were covered in different products…. which one did I really want? The experience ended with the opportunity to create your own essential oil blend however there was no discussion or ideas about what might work well and the properties of different oils. The Masterclass is advertised as 2 hours however the final 20 minutes was left for shopping. This may have been as our group was only 4. Finally 1pm seems an odd time to start… you’ve either rushed lunch or you’re starving at the end. Thank you to Lily (?) for you friendliness and passion.
