HONAUNAU BAY: Situated near Pu’uhonua O Hōnaunau National Historic Park, often called the “Place of Refuge,” this bay is a renowned snorkeling destination. Honaunau Bay is uniquely beautiful, offering a different snorkeling experience compared to Kealakekua Bay, with exceptional visibility most of the year. Explore stunning coral shelves interspersed with white sandy patches.

Discover over 100 different species of tropical fish, and occasionally spot a reef shark or sea turtle. These vibrant snorkeling locations are teeming with diverse marine life.
The crew will share fascinating Hawaiian history during the journey. As the cruise progresses, enjoy breathtaking views of the Big Island’s rugged coastline, along with glimpses of sea caves and lava tubes. With a bit of luck, you might see a pod of dolphins or a whale, as they are present year-round (note that humpback whale migration is seasonal!).
