Fantastic Fun! - Ari and Lucas were phenomenal! They provided great historical and geographical information. They were engaging and super professional! The boat ride was a total blast and the snorkeling did not disappoint! We had so much fun, we booked a second excursion with them!

Great time and great views - Make sure to put on sunscreen or bring a rash guard shirt to help keep your back from burning. I unfortunately did not put enough on and didn’t have a shirt and got burned. However, it’s absolutely gorgeous scenery and Rory and Tai were great guides! Even got us to go back that night for manta ray snorkeling which was also super awesome!

The entire tour was... - The entire tour was awesome! Rory and Ky professional, funny, and friendly. Provide extensive knowledge of all aspects of the trip, from types of fish to the history behind the caves and what not. Was so blown away that we booked a night Manta Ray Snorkel with them for that very same night

Best adventure ever! - Super fun excursion! Loved the staff. They were super friendly. Keep in mind to take dramamine before if you tend to get seasick. Danielle showed us some awesome geological spots including cinder cones and lava tubes! Once in a lifetime views along the way there and back! Snorkeling experience was awesome saw many colorful fish and a cute puffer fish!

Fun day snorkelling! - Luca and Rory were fabulous guides and great fun ! The downfall of the start of the tour was when we got a call from the ‘office’ saying where are you , you’re not getting a refund ! We had followed the instructions and were waiting by the lamp post at boat ramp! The guy on the phone couldn’t have been ruder if he tried !

Nice tour to do once; great tour company! - Hawai’i islands and ocean tours: AMAZING staff!!! Very organized and involved with the customers during tour. Recommend registering ONLINE early as it’s difficult to reach someone on the phone. In general on this type of tour: By end of March the whales have gone back to Alaska. Dolphins are (as they let you know) wild animals and sightings are not guaranteed. The lava tubes/sea caves are interesting but you don’t go in them, just pull up to the sea entrance and they educate you. The snorkeling is easy but there can be a lot of people in the small cove and it’s not the colorful reef that you in diving videos. The water temp was delightful.

Terrible Experience - Absolutely unacceptable experience. The tour company cancelled our tour without any notification whatsoever. We showed up expecting the excursion we paid for, only to find out it had been cancelled behind our backs. What made it even worse was the terrible customer service afterward. Instead of taking accountability or showing any concern that they had completely ruined our final day of vacation, they were dismissive, unhelpful, and acted like it was no big deal. We planned part of our trip around this experience, and because of their incompetence and lack of communication, our last day was wasted. Save yourself the frustration and book with literally anyone else.
