- Greenwell Farms - Nestled along the volcanic slopes, this area offers the ideal climate for the renowned Kona Coffee. Hawaii is the only U.S. state that cultivates coffee, with all beans hand-picked. Discover the process of growing, harvesting, and packaging Kona coffee, and enjoy samples of some of the finest brews.
- Please note that the coffee farm may not always be Greenwell Farms. Occasionally, due to closures, the tour may visit Bay View Farm instead.
- The Painted Church - Traveling south towards South Kona and through Captain Cook Village, the tour will visit the renowned “Painted Church,” famous for its interior wooden walls adorned with 3D biblical depictions painted with ordinary house paint.
- Honaunau Poke Shop - A stop is made to purchase lunch from a local vendor in this area. This lunch stop may not be open on certain days, and an alternative option will be provided.
- Kaloko-Honokohau National Historical Park - The Kaloko-Honokohau National Historical Park Visitor Center is a National Historic Landmark known as the Honokōhau Settlement. Established on November 10, 1978, the park aims to preserve, protect, and interpret traditional native Hawaiian activities and culture.
- Honokohau Marina & Small Boat Harbor - Enjoy the Honokohau Turtle Trail Walk (30 min) on easy but uneven ground. Following this, take a leisurely stroll down a trail (100 yards, 10 min walk) to a stunning white sand beach and an archaeological site featuring a Hawaiian Fish Trap made with lava rock and a reconstructed Hawaiian Hut. This area is also home to local wildlife, including native birds and Hawaiian green sea turtles!
- Honaunau - Lunch is available from a local vendor, typically the Honaunau Poke Shop or another local option.

Jess, the Bomb. - More than expected. Driver has wealth of experience and knowledge. We stopped at a nice local spot for lunch, very good. The time planning was good. We got back in time for the return to ship transport. The setting was lively without being overpowering.

Excellent taste of Kona Highlights - Rusty, our tour guide, was great. She shared abundant interesting info throughout our tour. We were thrilled to see sea turtles in their natural environment! Loved visiting the coffee plantation and sampling a variety of complimentary coffees. Also enjoyed visiting the painted church. I highly recommend this tour!

Great day! From learning... - Great day! From learning about the coffee farm to seeing huge sea turtles, we spent the day discovering the beauty of Kona! Our tour guide Rusty shared interesting stories as well as the history of the island.

Colossal Experience! - Jess was extremely knowledgeable about everything to do with the island from vegetation to the volcanoes to the lava tubes to history of the island, Jess was fun energetic, and lively, and just amazing. I learned so much. I would definitely do another tour with this Company

C Big Island tours highly recommended! . - C Big Island tours were both well done, nice excursions. They know much about Hawaiian culture. It was a bit hot standing in the sun by coffee tree but otherwise pleasant. The day prior, we took the C Big Island volcanoes tour with BJ. His enthusiasm and knowledge was exceptional. Loved it. Highlight so far of our trip.

Great coffee - A good tour but if we had gone to the turtles later maybe they would have been out of the water.
Edmond was an excellent driver and guide.

Tough walking terrain - Driver Randy forgot her mic half the time so it was difficult to hear. Not too much history of the area. Also parked very far from your area at the coffee plant. A lot of walking on rough and hilly terrain
