Corn. Lots of corn. - There were 3 of us on the tour, a priest, a rabbi and a Buddhist monk. I thought it odd when our guide, Dreu, who somehow managed to drive the coach with a peg leg, kept saying ‘arrrh, mateys, ye’ll be walking the plank soon’. That wasn’t the least of it however-there’s not much to see on the island as it’s very flat and planted with vast cornfields-but at our 5th cornfield stop Dreu asked us to disrobe, put on grass skirts and hula for his entertainment. Turns out that the priest had attended a luau the night before so he knew what to do and led us in a pretty good rendition of aloha oy vey or something. My ukulele string broke, and Dreu threatened that I’d be the first to walk the plank. Which was weird because all we saw were cornfields. No water anywhere. Strange as it is called ‘the big island’. And we were on a ‘waterfall tour’.

We have been on so many... - We have been on so many excursions, but this was absolutely amazing. From the valley to the waterfalls. Also the botanical gardens and our picnic lunch at the gorge was breathtaking. Our guide Stephan Perazich did such a good job and answered all of the questions. Will definitely use this outfit again. Mind blowing waterfall tour! - Chris was the best tour guide ever! We learned so much about Hawaiian history and swam in the most gorgeous waterfall pool. The Mercedes sprinter van was super comfortable and we ate our lunch in the most idyllic spot. We saw over 10 gorgeous falls and also enjoyed an insane botanical garden. This was a perfect Big Island Adventure!

Great tour!! - My family and I went on this trip during the holiday season and were very impressed by the tour. Our tour guide Derek was very knowledgeable as he drove us all over the island to our destinations. The views were great and usually very accessible. My parents are a bit older and one has a bad knee but our guide was very patient and my parents were able to have a nice time. The van was also very comfortable and clean!

Beauty-fun-adventure for everyone - Derek was an amazing tour guide for our waterfall and garden tour. He was so knowledgeable, made the longer drivers more fun with his info on the island and was very attentive to us as guests. The lunch was way better than we expected-yummy island style food. The botanical gardens was on another level beautiful and it was so great being able to walk around in nature with all driving. We truly loved the beauty of all the waterfalls and the swimming was the highlight of the tour! We’d strongly recommend doing this tour for beauty, fun and adventure!

Amazing excursion. Highly recommend. - Amazing excursion. Our tour guide, Stefan, is knowledgeable and energetic. Got to spend enough time at each location. Our favorites were the botanical gardens, seeing dolphins and of course, the cold plunge swim at Kulaniapia Falls. Highly recommend.
