Fun, quick tour - Jason and Forrest were awesome! They through explained what we were seeing and had excellent knowledge about the bay and Hawaii. They shared stories, personal experiences and are very friendly. It's a quick 30 minute tour and we saw lots of fish, urchins, and starfish.

Exceptional Experience with Waikoloa's Glass Bottom Boat - Everyone that worked for the tour was incredibly friendly. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, and we enjoyed learning about the different fish, sea urchins, and other marine animals. We went a little later in the morning, so the water was slightly more cloudy. However, we could still see the sea life. (The earlier you go out, the calmer the water, which gives you the best visual.) We did see a sea turtle (which was exciting), lots of huge sea cucumbers, trigger fish, yellow tang, lots of sea urchins (some huge) and many other colorful fish: Hawaiian Cleaner Wrasse, Saddle Wrasse (a pretty blue-green color), and many more. To everyone at Waikoloa's Glass Bottom Boat, Majalo! You all were awesome!

Nice for young kids - It’s short, but a nice way for young kids to see underwater sea life when they can’t yet snorkel. I wouldn’t do this otherwise as an adult.

Good Experience; would recommend - We saw a lot of little fish and got to see a bunch of the coral reef. The water was calm and clear, even for being the 11:30am tour. Kai was our guide and very knowledgeable and fun to chat with. Wish we could have seen bigger wildlife and fish, but were able to see plenty of small fish. We were the only family onboard and had little kids (all under 5). The kids probably would have appreciated it more if they were older, but overall it was a good experience.

Communication - Did not see any fish because the water was "too murky". Wish they would've told us before we got on the boat... For example, we had a whale watching booked the same day and they told us beforehand that we wouldn't see whales, allowing us to make alternative plans....

Such a sad time!! - It was a windy day, one hour before our scheduled time, they let us know that the ride was still on, however there was poor visibility. We called and rescheduled for Monday, the holiday. On Monday we show up for our ride, they told us the ride was canciled, no call, no text. When we reach there the counter help was such a ditz, omg how do they get hired. She kept on repeating herself, with absolutely no substance to her conversation. I got very irritated, she called someone on the phone and that person told her "just give them a Cabanas for 2 hours" No! We are locals, we don't just want a Cabanas, we wanted what we paid for. My family member who came with us, works at a resort down Waikoloa, and recommends to owners activities to do in waikoloa. She won't be recommending this place to no one, and you can bet this will be shared on the coconut wireless. This was a very disappointing experience for all of us.
