Start off with an... - Start off with an excellent selection of cugars, choose your own adventure… add a great taste or two of local rum or whiskey…mix with great conversation in a one-of-a-kind smoking lounge. Then end the evening on a lovely deck overlooking the ocean…whales, waves, the setting sun. What’s not to love? One of the best and unique experiences on the island. We will be back!

A must do for cigar... - A must do for cigar lovers! Richard was a fun and engaging host with an excellent selection of cigars and island spirits. The views were amazing. This was the best way to spend our last sunset on the island.

The ultimate cigar & spirits with the view! - We had a couples trip to the Big Island to celebrate an anniversary & birthday. When we were planning the trip we came across the Hawaii Cigar Lounge & knew we had to experience it. We booked a weekday with Richard a few weeks before we arrived, he was awesome taking our call & setting it up, When we arrived, it was even more spectacular than his website showed. Definitely a must visit, the ultimate experience & view to enjoy the finest cigars & spirits, thank you Richard for an incredible evening. MAHALO 🌺

Out of this world - It’s been MONTHS since our vacation when we had this experience, and we are STILL telling people about it. We enjoyed it so much that I had to circle back with a review, even after all this time… You know how it is when you get back to reality after a vacation and time speeds back up into the regular cadence of day to day life… often times we never get back to do the things we had every intention of completing, like I intended to write a review. Normally, a few weeks, if I haven’t gotten back to doing one after a few weeks, well, I probably won’t. But THIS experience was worth sharing with as many people as possible, so, here I am, almost a year later writing a review! If you are on the fence about this excursion, DON’T hesitate! GO! You will NOT regret it! Richard is an excellent host, and left an indelible impression on us that has lasted almost a year. We intend to go back. He meets you at the gate to his property (which is a plus, because the way there is a bit off the grid) and you feel like you have been swept into a dream… The ambiance is unbelievable!! From his cigar lounge, to the cigars he provides, to the whiskey he pours, to the intimate groups that he books (small groups of @ 6- 10 people at a time, which lends positively to the experience overall) but by FAR the BEST parts are the sunset and twilight views… The colors are remarkable, the endless view from his property are unforgettable (you can see Maui as you gaze across the ocean), and the twilight view of the stars/Milky Way mixed with the sounds of the ocean and the wind in the grass is UTTERLY SURREAL. Add to that a good cigar and a great glass of Richard’s remarkable selected spirits, and it is truly an experience of a lifetime. If you don’t go, you are missing out on an otherworldly experience!!!

Come for the Cigars Stay for the 🌟 Stars - Richard has created a once in a lifetime experience! Who could ask for more. Beautiful beyond compare scenery. Quite relaxing sunset a curated selection of the best Cigars. Even if you don't like Cigars come visit this amazing slice of heaven. Truly something we want to do again and again when we visit Big Island. Richard is quite the master of conversation and history about his piece of heaven. Come for the company and definitely stay for the stars!! What an amazing experience we all had something that gets to your soul and stays with you forever.
