It's a Perfect Day for a Hike - I had a great hike with Amber. As we hiked, she told me about her experience hiking, trail running, and camping. She told me about things I wasn't already aware of about the area, including pointing out specific details about the city. We had good conversations. She was kind enough to cut me a break as I hadn't hiked in a higher altitude in a while. Next time I plan on booking a longer hike. Thank you Amber

Great, easy hike away from the crowds - Amber is a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. We learned a lot about the flora and fauna of Big Bear, and got to hike some of the iconic Pacific Crest Trail! Well worth it. Plus she gave us refreshments at the end!

Beautiful fall hike great for fall colors and easy for all ages - Loved everything about it! Amber was so knowledgeable and gave a lot of great information during the hike. She found a beautiful area that was family friendly and even easy enough for my 74 year old mom to be able to join in. We loved all the amazing fall colors on this hike and my two boys were so excited to explore several tree forts and a wooden sea saw to play with during our hike.

A couple of hours in nature with a local - well worth it! - Amber took our family of 4 on a moderate 2 hour hike. My 10 and 12 year olds griped about no IPads so we knew we were doing something right. 😀 Amber provided lots of information about Big Bear, the history, the plants and animals, and some good recommendations for food - we LOVED Sonoro Cantina! She was also gracious enough to take a few nice family photos before and during the hike, which was much appreciated. We also added on the 1 hour lunch on Amber’s boat and enjoyed cooling down in the lake after a hot and dusty hike! Would highly recommend.

Best thing we did at big Bear❤️ - Amber is a real big bear guide! She shares her knowledge in love this beautiful place! The weather was beautiful, but we actually ended up leaving my camera at the top of the hike! We tried to get it later that day, but didn’t think we’d be able to find it. The morning this beautiful friend actually retrieved it for us.❤️ pretty easy hike, even for us old people with stunning views. I’m sure the best view of the lake that we’ve ever had.!
