Travel from Kathmandu or Pokhara to Chitwan by Private Car or Tourist Bus - Select Your Preference When Booking.

Chitwan National Park - Begin your journey to Chitwan early in the morning. For those opting for a private car, hotel pickup is arranged for 7:00 AM. If choosing the tourist bus, please be at the bus stop by 6:45 AM in either Kathmandu or Pokhara. The drive to Chitwan takes about 5-6 hours from Kathmandu and 4-5 hours from Pokhara.

Upon reaching Chitwan, you will be transferred from the bus station to your lodge, where a delightful lunch awaits. Post-lunch, embark on a guided Tharu Village Tour to learn about the local community’s lifestyle, culture, and traditions. Later, visit a nearby sunset viewpoint to admire the stunning views of the landscape. In the evening, enjoy a vibrant Tharu Stick Dance cultural performance by the local Tharu community, followed by dinner at the lodge’s restaurant.
