Excellent service - Excellent service. Really friendly staff and perfect location. I was able to change my boots after day one with no problem at all. So handy as a short walk from the gondola so you don’t have to walk far in ski boots. They keep all your kit overnight for you. Good prices too. Throughly recommended 😁

Excellent service as always - We have rented our gear from 360 Ski Bansko second year now. We are extremely happy with a service. Our son lost part of the snowboard shoe lock and we were told to do not worry and enjoy our holiday. The whole team is very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend renting your ski/snowboard gear from 360 Ski Bansko!!! Thank you!

Very nice! - We was 2 days in ski & snowboarding with 360 ski, the service and the staff of the place were excellent! They gave us a great and personal treatment. We very recommend to use their services!! Especially thanks for Diana that helped us with everything we needed, to the instructors Dmitry and to all the staff.

Best ski hire outlet I have ever used - Definitely the best ski hire outlet that I have ever used. The staff were super friendly, the equipment was excellent and they even offered to change skis if I wanted to try a different ski, which I did after the first day of skiing. And they were very happy us to leave our equipment and our own ski boots overnight each day, which saved a lot of hassle. Truly outstanding service and great value too.

Excellent ski and snowboard rental/classes in Bansko. - We had an absolutely brilliant experience with this rental shop - the staff were so nice and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Prices were clear and good value, equipment was of good quality - any discomfort and they were more than happy to change boots etc. Classes available with great instructors. Easy to contact too. Couldn't be happier with the service! Location is fantastic, too, right next to the gondola - you can leave your shoes with them while you ski/snowboard, and drop the kit back when you've finished. Really helpful with a little one!!

Good holiday experience - I had 4 very good days of snowboarding thanks to the team of 360 Ski Bansko. Since the first interaction with them(recommended from Grami hotel) they were very helpful and client orientated, always with a smile and good vibe! Prices are good, I think it's the medium price for the ski renting around and you can get a discount if you come with a hotel's recomandation. Also, they are close to the Gondola so that's a good bonus and something to have in mind, considering that they kept my rented equipment during night. All in all, a very nice experience!

5/5 - The equipment it’s okay, friendly staff. The more days you rent, the more advantageous is the price. I had the same equipment every day, which is a good thing for me.
