Amusement and natural beauty for all ages - A fantastic experience to enjoy with family or friends. On Saturday in December, there were five of us in a group of about 20 participants of all ages (mostly families), and the atmosphere was great. The guide, Nuri, was very friendly and told us about the places we visited. Lunch was also very tasty, and the restaurant was in a charming natural environment.
Planning:
During the day, we visited Masukiye, Mahmudiya and Sapança, with several activities planned: first, the Aslan lion park and aquarium, then a short quad bike safari, followed by lunch at a local restaurant, then zip-lining, and finally, the cable car. Time for shopping at the end of the day.
Each activity is optional and paid for separately. The aquarium is very beautiful and you can dive in the world of fish, sharks, rays... Fully recommended. In the lion park there are lions, tigers, lynxes... but it's sad that they are locked up in such small spaces.
The quad bike safari isn't a crazy off-road adventure, but rather a “leisurely” tour of the area. If you like exciting extreme experiences, this isn't exactly the one for you, but on the other hand, there are good views and it's suitable for all ages.
The zip line is fun and the cable car is great for the views.
There's no need to walk much or do any extreme exercise, so it's suitable for all ages.

An enjoyable tour in all seasons - I participate in the Sapanca Lake Tour in every season and I discover a different beauty every time. In the spring months, the flowers on the lakeside bloom, in the summer months you can go on a boat tour to cool off, and in the autumn months you can witness the riot of colors of nature.

A perfect nature getaway - We had a great day in Sapanca and Maşukiye. It was very peaceful to walk in nature and feel the calmness of the lake. Lunch was also very delicious.

Connecting with Nature's Wonders - I can't express how much I enjoyed my Sapanca tour! The tour guide was exceptional providing interesting insights into the region's history and culture. Sapanca Lake's calm waters and the surrounding mountains created a breathtaking landscape. Exploring the charming village of Maşukiye and savoring the local delicacies was the cherry on top. This tour was an absolute delight!

amazing day trip out of town - If you're looking to get out of the city for a day, the Sapanca & Maşukiye Tour with Lunch is a great option - we loved exploring the countryside and seeing a different side of Turkey.

Don't trust this agency, it's a scam. - This experience ended up with me taking a taxi to return home after 40 minutes the tour started... They picked me up late, the guide started explaining completely different places and activities to do such as visiting other points and going through safaris I didn't sign up for. I asked the guide about my tour and showed my phone with the itinerary, he simply said that my tour was NEXT DAY.
I called the agency immediately, passed the phone over to the tour guide and suddenly, with a nervous tone, the man changed his mind. The whole situation was so suspicious that I requested them to refund my money and to return me to the hotel. And indeed, they didn't hesitate to stop the bus, leave me in the middle of nowhere to my luck (that's the attached Pic).
After several calls begging to take me back to the hotel because they put me in the wrong bus, all they said was "it was your fault" it can't be my fault because they called me and picked me up.
I ended up taking a taxi to return (of course I paid for it), took a train, ferry and bus and got back to the hotel after three hours. I never got refunded and of course never trusting these tours again. A horrible and traumatizing experience that no Traveler should ever live :( it was a scam.
