Amazing Experience with a Knowledgeable Guide - Had a very informative and excellent experience with the help of our tour guide Miguel. I read some negative reviews about Miguel, but when some commented on his looks, I believe that tells more of the reviewer. Miguel was so knowledgeable in the history of Nazi Germany and the concentration camps thst it was really fascinating to hear him explain it. He definitely is very animated and can be a lot to handle for some, but for our group he was a fountain of knowledge on Sachsensausen and tvose imprisoned there. He also recommended a lot of books that they sold at the shop along with others that would come to mind as he read them personally. If you take the time to speak with him and engage, you'll find he adds soich more to the tour. Highly recommend to anyone considering this your.

Terrible experience with the tour company - We went on this tour on 2 January 2026. The information shared on the confirmation email was very scanty. Although the website had some information about the tour, there was a lot of information that was missing. We paid 29 Euros each, and it was not clear that this amount did not include transport. We did not mind using public transport, but there was a lack of information about all of this works. Our guide was Shivon. She was very rushed and made very inappropriate comments during the tour. It was freezing cold and snowing on the day of the tour. Unlike many other tours where they were moving and even using inside spaces when explaining in-depth information, we stood outside, stationary in one spot. When she realised we were freezing, she said we should have known that it was cold and be grateful that we are not the prisoners who were in teh concentration camp. She was extremely inappropriate. Eventually, we decided to leave before the tour was over. A combination of bad weather and an insensitive tour guide made the experience not worthwhile.

No Show - Our tour operator did not meet us at the designated location despite the fact that we were early. Also did not respond to text via Viator. Put a real damper on our day very very disappointed.
