Forget Broadway and Westend... - World class! Anyone who knows the stages on the Westend or Broadway will quickly realize the stage in the palace is unique! There’s only wow to say about the show! What Dr. Schmidt and his team achieve over and over again is more than world-class!

Unique, fun evening out! - Other than a fun night out, it is hard to describe this show. It is part singing, dancing and acrobats. Someone described it as a bit like Cirque du Soleil. Yes, kind of. Is it a musical? Yes, kind of. There's nothing really to compare so for that reason it is worth going to. Note that the whole show is in Germany but that's didn't take away from it as English speakers only. The women in the group thought it was a better experience than my husband.

We forget the world! - If you feel like forgetting the world for three hours is the right place. It's like before on "Falling in Love," a show the world hasn't seen. The story, the body control of the artists and the costumes (how much my wife would like this glitter outfit) are unforgettable. Therefore, we will be back on May 2nd. The only thing to note is that you can run the risk of being splashed with water in the front row. You are actually in the middle of it instead of just being there;-) We wish you all a lot of fun!

BLINDED by DELIGHT - Once again a great show at the Palace - We have seen almost all the shows of the Friedrichstadtpalaste so far and can therefore classify the current show very well. It is one of the best shows we have seen due to the singing and dancing performances, the acrobatics, the costumes and the thematic thread. Alone for the so-called “Girl Reihe” with its great silver-sparkling costumes and the insane synchronicity would have been worth the visit. It is also a shame that the last show “Falling in Love” played even more with the possibilities of the stage (keyword waterfall). In our view, a clear recommendation.

A sweet symphony of consciously experienced dreams. - After “Falling in Love” didn’t suit me so much, I went to the new revue “Blinded by Delight” with mixed feelings But far from it. For me, the show was the BEST thing I have seen so far at Friedrich Stadtpalast. I was picked up with all my senses from the first to the last second. They managed to tell a dreamlike story about dreaming with a great modern music mix (Schiller sends his regards) of grandiose lighting, simple (not overcandied) but beautiful costumes, great acrobatic performances, beautiful vocal and dance performances. Perfectly directed and produced for me. But there was one tiny catch. Perhaps you should ask to applaud only after a performance. So all too often I was ripped out of the magical world of Luci and the perfect moment slid by.

Everything great! - It was the best show we had at the palace so far. From the artists, the music and the decoration with the lighting effects, everything was great. And the service was as always excellent.

First class show - Wonderful, varied show with unique costumes. A great experience for the whole family, including the very good service during the break (pre-order possible) and the quick service at the cloakroom.

Big thanks - Every year we go to the Friedrichstadtpalast at the turn of the year. This time, these experiences and surprises were far surpassed. Costumes, choreography, effects, artistry, light and much more. It was impressive. For the eye and ear, for the heart and soul. Thank you!!!

A perfect, rousing, overwhelming show - just unforgettable! - A terrific show for which it is hard to find words that do it justice. We know all the grand shows of the Friedrichstadtpalaste and after each visit we were of the opinion that it can hardly get better or not at all. But it can - this show has proven again! From the "set design" (music and projection), which "receives" the audience as soon as they entered the hall, to the last moment of the performance, it was a show that captivated us. Both the artists with their breathtaking performances, the vocal soloists, and the ballet with choreographies that sometimes challenged artistic talents intoxicated all the senses. All this was once again skillfully staged by enchanting costumes and a perfect light and laser show, and sensitively accompanied musically by the orchestra. We have known the Friedrichstadtpalast in Friedrichstraße since its opening and have always been ghosted by the possibilities of stage technology. This has been improved and expanded over the years and we were also able to marvel at the technical possibilities the house offers on this wonderful evening. Conclusion: It was a perfect and beautiful evening, which we had the pleasure to experience in the Friedrichstadtpalast, which we have long considered the highlight of the 80th anniversary. My wife's birthday. We would like to thank all participants on and backstage for their performances to be delivered every evening. We wish all employees of the Friedrichstadtpalaste a successful, healthy, personally happy 2026. We are already looking forward to the next show. In anticipation with best regards - Ilse and Dr. Hubert König
