- We enjoyed our food tour with Simon! Our family of 5 were the only participants, so we really were able to get a lot out of the experience. A highlight was visiting the East Side Gallery, too. Simon did a great job of ensuring there were vegetarian options available for me. One of our favorite stops was the Turkish desserts and coffee at the last stop. Overall, I'd recommend this tour to see some Berlin neighborhoods you might otherwise miss and to try foods away from the tourist centers.

What a wonderful tour and delightful tour guide! - Elena clearly loves showing her guests the city she loves. The tour was about much more than food: art, Berlin and cold war history, and pop culture. (For example: Why are the trams only in the former Eastast? Now I know. Where did David Bowie hang out when he lived in Berlin? A few doors down from where we had a Turkish dessert.) But the food was fantastic as well! We enjoyed schnitzel and then headed off to sample multiple Ukrainian dishes at one restaurant and multiple Turkish dishes at another, then a Turkish dessert in the neighborhoods of Neukölln and Kreuzberg.

Would highly recommend - great family activity, especially if you want something for teenagers too. - Fantastic 4 hour tour with Tiago today. We saw lots of places and ate in places we just would have never found. Tiago was very knowledgeable and it was great to do a tour with our teenagers that they found interesting. Loads of food and great to take our doughnuts away with us. Thank you Tiago.

Great tour with Elena.... - Great tour with Elena. She told a lot about Berlin, culture, people and the areas we passed. The food was great and we had plenty of time. I am glad I skipped breakfast that day. We had some traditional german food, ukranien, turkisb and a special chinese tasting. All was really good. If you want to hear about Berlin as it is today - and try some good food - this is a great oppertunity. We also had to skip dinner - so the portions sizes are good

Great food and history shared - We had a great day out, trying lots of different foods, exploring districts we otherwise wouldn't have and learning about German history and what it's like to live in Berlin today. The food we sampled was varied, and again, it was from places that we wouldn't have naturally chosen ourselves. Our guide Elena was fun, friendly and offered lots of information along the way. She was also more than happy to take questions and get involved with the group at each stop. Would definitely recommend for people looking to sample a slightly different version of food available in Berlin!

Book the tour! - Great experience today with Lee. He was knowledgeable and catered to what we wanted education on. As traveling Chefs, we wanted to know a lot about the food preparation and the history behind it. Lee was knowledgeable in these areas and made sure we didn’t freeze. With cold temperatures and pouring rain, he made every effort to find warm drinks and dry places to have conversations and didn’t make us stand in the elements for 4 hours. Highly recommend.

Food adventures inBerlin - What a wonderful day of eating, walking and enjoying the multi ethnic neighborhoods of Berlin. Elena was a super guide.. She is very knowledgeable about how migrant culture has influenced Berlin's food culture and imparts this knowledge with great humor. We ate a lot and all was tasty. This should be a must for anyone visiting Berlin
