Relax and Ride as you see Berlin. - All was very good, with the exception of the Bus representative at Brandenburg gate, who was rude and didn't present a good appearance. Everything else was smooth and efficient.

Great trip - This was a great opportunity to see the highlights of Berlin, literally getting off, having a walk around and catching the next bus. Really useful App showing where the next bus is on the route.

Best way to tour. - has translation in Portuguese, passes through all the historic points of the city and yet of toast you receive a delicious CurryWurst

Big Bus Berlin - a comfortable journey with excellent information about the city - Good value bus tour, able to see all the sights of Berlin with excellent information given via the bus audio service. All staff were helpful and friendly and the buses were on time.

A nice trip around Berlin - We did the red route first which was a 2 hour round trip and you got to see a lot of the city. The bus was very hot and the windows steamed up which made seeing out a struggle. We opened the window but the couple behind shut it. The blue route was shorter and the frequency was only 1 bus which would be about a 40 minute wait. They side stop at the East side gallery for 10 minutes to take photos

Bus tour was great! Don’t do the night tour. - The actual bus experience was really good. It gave us a chance to go around the city and see a lot of the things that we were hoping to see and some that we didn’t realize were available . We were able to get the free bag and the free curry worst at some of the locations. Why I’m only giving this experience for stars is because of the night tour. It was definitely not worth our time. It was similar from the things during the day; I would not spend extra money for this tour. Also I would like to see a little bit friendly or faces at the different stops and for the drivers. It was definitely a good way to begin to experience Berlin..

Expensive for what it is!! Read the small print don’t trust what you are told. - This was expensive for what it was. We bought a 24 hour ticket which we were told included a walking tour. The walking tour is only included in the 48 hour ticket. We felt the ticket seller at Checkpoint Charlie just told us anything to get our money then when we tried to go on the free walking tour they needed to upgrade us so pay more money!! Felt a bit cheated. I know it’s on the small print on the leaflet but we foolishly trusted what we were told. Not impressed. Take care!!

Mediocre experience: good tour, wrong scheduling - The tour itself was good. The information, ride, and application with bus times were all good . The negative came from the tour ending more than an hour before the official given time and one bus stop not being where it showed . Which means that we missed the last 3-4 stops. So a mediocre experience.

Not clearly marked, bus drivers don’t watch for you and drive off! - Cross about this. We were on the east Berlin part of the tour. Got off to look at the wall gallery and then walked to stop 4 to get back on. There was only one bus doing this loop - as we were using the interactive map. We watched and waited for ages for the next bus. Saw it leave stop 3 and stood outside at the exact place the interactive map tells you to. It sailed past us and went to the end of the road and then pulled in. We started walking towards it, the doors opened, then closed and it drove off! My husband had been running to it, but off it went. So angry. As there was only one bus we’d have to wait another 40+ mins for the next one. There are no markings/no signposts or guides to show you where to stand to be collected at stop 4. There was literally nothing we could have done. You as a company either need to be clearer about where the stop is, or train your drivers to look for passengers wanting to get on! We had to get a taxi back as we needed to be elsewhere. Poor show indeed!
