Leisurely sightseeing - We booked this boat ride for the first day of our visit as an introduction to the city. There was audio information in German and English about points of interest along the route and it was clear to understand. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a selection of drinks onboard for purchase and we enjoyed the pretzels which had been freshly made.

River Cruise - The cruise itself was nice with a recorded guide that first spoke in German then in English. The narration wasn't the best and didn't always coincide with the points of interest. However, you could get a choice of drinks which was more important.

A very interesting tour - A beautiful tour of Berlin’s iconic landmarks from another landscape. With audio guide in Spanish. There was a menu with different options for eating and drinking.

Effortless sightseeing! - After a great deal of walking round sights and galleries in Berlin, it was lovely to just sit down and be taken down the river to see the sights. It helped that it was a lovely day. The commentary was in German, which I don't speak, but that didn't really detract from it.

Shipping company BWSG is not suitable for Roolstuhl drivers - We took the boat tour with the shipping company BWSG. Unfortunately, this shipping company is not wheelchair accessible. Otherwise, the Spreefahrt was very nice, it is explained a lot, in German and in English.

Not good - Tour boat had windows of dull Plexiglas so that it could hardly look outside. Furthermore, you get what you can expect. A tape with explanations and expensive drinks.

Do not book through Viator - terrible - I'm absolutely disappointed by this company I would not recommend them. I had booked the ticket the day before to go on the boat ride. I inadvertently selected for two adults instead of one (solo travel). The attending on the boat kindly wrote on the receipt that I was one person and told me to email this company in order to get the refund. I have sent three or four emails and they refused to acknowledge the comments on the receipt (written in German which I do not speak) and the fact that I was one person. I have emailed them back several times. To be so unprofessional and not follow through with clearly documented and supported material confirms with me that I will never use this company ever again. I travel quite often but I will never book anything with them moving forward or recommend them. The boat tour itself was great but I would not use this company at all I would go directly to the websites to save yourself time. Absolute headache would not recommend this company but would recommend a tour through their companies.
