Self paced walking tour or Bergamo - Very easy way to see the sights in your own time at your own pace. We weren’t sure when it would work for us so doing it ourselves having the guide was easy.

Amazing guide, will look for more guides when I visit Italy again! - The guide gave great tips, detailed information and also the option to choose how detailed you wanted it to be, if you were limited with time

Tour at our speed and our conditions - Great tour at our speed and our conditions. The material is well thought and nicely presented. We could listen and read, what helped with remembering. Material contains pictures to know what to look at. Our tour took 5h, lunch break included in one of recommended places and visiting library. From now on, that’s my preferred way of sightseeing :)

Handy way to explore Bergamo upper town - Handy way to explore the upper town. Good descriptions of each place, especially some may have missed. I had trouble listening to the audio with my data roaming but could listen with the wifi in my hotel room.

Great Audio Tour! Great Price! - My husband was working so I needed a solo tour. This audio walking tour was the perfect way for me to see the main sights of Citta Alta in Bergamo. The sights were lovely. I only wish that the restaurant recommendation names had been written out in the guide in addition to spoken in the audio guide. I had no idea what the name was from just hearing it. I found a lunch place on my own though.

Informational guiding through la Città Alta. - I’m glad I did it. It gave me an historical depth to my knowledge of Bergamo, and I went to places like La Rocca, San Viglio and La lavatoie, places which Are off the main street og Bergamo. And I got some advices what and where to eat. I highly recommend it.

Nice city trip - Bergamo is ideal for a short city trip of 2 or 3 days (excluding travel days.) In October it is chilly but still doable, everyone speaks English. Our hotel was located in the new part of town (città bassa) near a bus stop to the airport. 1st day; città alta with its churches, narrow old streets and wide views. Views with on one side the Alps, on the other side the Po Valley with the città bassa, the airport and the Atalanta football stadium. The 2nd day città bassa with the Carrara museum, its buildings, shops and restaurants. igv a 3rd day you can also go to Milan (only 50km). Beware; - on arrival, from the airport, the bus to Bergamo is on the left, on the right are the buses to Milan. You can buy a bus ticket on the bus itself, with your bank card. - on Tuesday the tourist train does not run, and the Carrara museum is closed. - a ticket for the funicular to or from the città alta is only valid for a good hour. It is not wise to buy a return ticket when you leave (or go down); it will expire (an hour is too little to see everything).

Good idea but much to improve - It helps you understand where you are and the essential information about the places. However, the history of the city as a whole, the most important families, the anecdotes are completely missing. In fact, in the end you don't have much left if you don't know how to adjust to where you are. The idea of the digital guide is valid but the content needs to be significantly improved
