Very good experience! - I went for a consultation with the ayurvedic doctor and treatments. It was a very good experience, especially the Shirodhara! I will definitely go there for some more treatments and already recommended it to some friends and family members as well.

Excellent treatments, highly recommended - Shoulder pain permanently fixed ! I can only write enthusiastically about this center. A 7-day treatment with wonderful and effective different treatments. Individually selected treatments accompanied daily by the doctor have produced a very good spa success. Years of discomfort in the shoulder and neck area have disappeared. The therapist Udita has perfectly implemented the doctor's instructions. This was my 4th. Ayurveda treatment in different places and this one was the best so far !

As it works, I will continue the thérapie twice the year - Coming to Bentota for Ayurvedic treatments since 2016, in 2018 I found some amazing reviews about the Bentota Ayurveda Center. As I already reserved to be treaten elsewhere, and wanted to try it, I came one morning for a thérapie and I was lucky the therapist was Lakmal 😍. What can I say? I've never found anything like it. Not only the full-body treatment is fabulous and tailored to each person, he also recommends a nutritional plan for each dosha with times to follow. He's the best in the area. He takes every little problem seriously and seeks solutions with heart. This year in September 2025 I booked directly 21days treatment with Lakmal. All the staff are exceptional and the doctor is high professional. Lakmal, due to my knees problems took personally an appointment with a knee specialist in Colombo, where he brought me 3 times. I followed and still am following the therapy with special medicines. To avoid a surgery, I decided to follow the meanings of Lakmal and the medical staff, so that I come back April 2026 for 15 days and I will do it twice the year. What can I say. It's really the best place to go. Lakmal analyses deeply and with heart every little problem you will have. If you want to get back on track and fill yourself with positive energy, this is the perfect place. Lakmal is fantastic and gives his all, even in meditation and yoga.

Place of recreation - The Bentota Ayurveda Center is a true place of relaxation and inner balance. My son and I each opted for a 90-minute massage and it was an all-round perfect experience from start to finish. Already the welcome was warm and professional. During the treatment, you can feel the skill and experience of the therapists, every move sits, and the combination of warm oils, gentle pressure and Ayurvedic technique has a deeply relaxing effect. After the massage we both felt like newborns calm inside, physically released and with a smile on our faces. Thus an absolutely recommendable Ayurveda Center with first-class Service, authentic atmosphere and great team. We will definitely come back!

**beyond_five_stars** - I’ve had massages all over the world, and the quality can vary GREATLY... but Lakmal is... without question... !!! the most gifted and intuitive healer I’ve ever experienced!!! Within 5 minutes, he identified every knot and blockage in my body, and after just two sessions, I felt like a completely new person. If I could do it over, I would have spent my entire two weeks with him instead of the large Ayurvedic resort nearby, where the massages were terrible (at best). Lakmal’s touch, technique, and understanding of the body and mind (he even incorporated some reiki and clearly discovered issues I was dealing with) are on a different level. He’s incredibly thoughtful, genuine, and truly born to heal. While his facilities aren’t luxury, he’s completely transparent about that — but honestly, the quality of his oils and the massage itself are 10xs better than any other I've experienced. I can’t recommend Bentota Ayurvedia Center enough!
