**beyond_five_stars** - I’ve had massages all over the world, and the quality can vary GREATLY... but Lakmal is... without question... !!! the most gifted and intuitive healer I’ve ever experienced!!! Within 5 minutes, he identified every knot and blockage in my body, and after just two sessions, I felt like a completely new person. If I could do it over, I would have spent my entire two weeks with him instead of the large Ayurvedic resort nearby, where the massages were terrible (at best). Lakmal’s touch, technique, and understanding of the body and mind (he even incorporated some reiki and clearly discovered issues I was dealing with) are on a different level. He’s incredibly thoughtful, genuine, and truly born to heal. While his facilities aren’t luxury, he’s completely transparent about that — but honestly, the quality of his oils and the massage itself are 10xs better than any other I've experienced. I can’t recommend Bentota Ayurvedia Center enough!

Fantastic day. Thorough review and relaxing treatments - This was a fantastic day. Very thorough and professional consultation with doctor and then relaxing and calming treatments with therapist. I had full body oil massage, thermal massage, shirodhara and herbal inhalation. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and the welcome tea was very pleasant.

Amazing Spa in Bentota Beach - I have travelled to around 60 countries and had massage and spa in majority. This was the best experience so far, doctor explained what would happen and asked if any ailments. Then had an amazing head, shoulder and neck massage. Next was shirodarma (warm oil poured onto head) which have never tried before but was extremely relaxing. Next had a full body massage, then had a thermal massageand herbal infusion. 100 minutes of pure relaxation and boy did I sleep well and felt so relaxed, pain in hip was relieved as well. Stayed at Cinnamon Bentota Beach hotel and its a 3 minute walk prices in sri lanka rupees and accept cash or card. Friendly and very experienced team. Highly recommended. Thank you Irena and team.

I tried several massages during our stay in Bentota, but the quality and professionalism of this center cannot be compared, especially the full body massages from Lakmal. I was also thrilled with the doctor's initial examination, the explanation of the basics of Ayurveda and the meal plan, made just for me, based on the doctor's examination. I work in my country as a physiotherapist, chiropractor, I also do massages, so I look for quality therapists when traveling and I like to learn from them. I am grateful for getting to know this center, very professional, it enriched me...🙏..Clean environment and the entire staff, the other therapists very nice. Great authentic and professional ayurvedic place - Great moment in this Ayurvedic authentic place. After a doctor check I had a day package with different treatments/massages done by Nadee, the best therapist, and it released all my tensions way better than the massage I had in my hotel and for half the price. I came back few days after as it was so great. I can highly recommend this place as an authentic and professional Ayurvedic center.

Great experience - We booked the 1 Day Package and everything was great. Booking was very easy via whats app and on the day of our appointment we were picked up at our hotel. We started with a doctors consultation and a short explanation about ayurveda. Then we had a head massage, a full body massage, a thermo massage, a shirodhara and an inhalation. We went there as a couple so we had the couples room - everything was clean. The massages were great, we were asked about the pressure and were offered water and herbal tea. Overall we enjoyed it and it was great value for money!

2 weeks Panchakama therapy at Bentota Ayurveda Center - I underwent two weeks of pancha karma therapy at Bentota Ayurveda Centre from 29th march to 12th april 2025. The daily program includes about eight therapies with a total duration of about 3 hours. The program includes a doctor's consultation, massages of all parts of the body, special Ayurvedic therapies, pancha karma therapy, inhalation therapy and even more( according to health problems). I also had accommodation and meals included. The owner of the therapeutic center Lakmal and his wife received me very warmly and friendly.I lived in the room next to them. All this time I was surrounded by their attention and care. They immediately responded to all my wishes and requests. I felt right at home! Lakmal also organized meditations at a Buddhist temple, yoga classes, and tasty and healthy morning green soup from street vendors. In terms of food, every day was a surprise for me as Ayurvedic balanced and healthy dishes were served, according to my dosha type. All procedures and therapies were carried out very professionally with daily doctor's control, conversation and recommendation. All the center's employees were very polite, attentive, and always ready to help. My therapist Mr.Prabath, when performing massages, responded to my requests regarding my problem areas and worked with them deeply and competently, so that after that a certain positive effect was achieved! Also Lakmal pays special attention to the quality and correctness of all procedures and controls the whole process. Here you feel in good hands! Several times during my stay, Lakmal also organized surprise dinners.Thank you very much for this! Already during this course, I felt much better, my body became more relaxed after the massages, my digestion and sleep improved, I became calmer and more peaceful and lost weight. Overall, a very good effect was achieved for the body and mind, which was my immediate goal! I am very grateful for this to Lakmal, his wife and his whole team! Thanks a lot!

3 days of beautiful Ayurvedic Treatments - As a newbie to Ayurvedic Practises this felt like a great gateway into experiencing how powerful the treatments can be on our mind/body/soul. I chose to do acupuncture as this is something that's helped balance my chakras in the past! The daily green juice they give before breakfast each day is absolutely DELICIOUS!!
