Awe inspired - Awe inspiring athletes and magicians ! The dancing and quality of the show was beyond West End . Utterly brilliant . The duet in the sky, the Spanish scene and the lady in the glass all worth the 36 euros and more ! There is a lot of messing around at the beginning with two hosts . We were worried this reflected the show but not at all . It doesn’t really start proper until 10pm . The dancing at half time with the band was a great release from sitting !! We did not do the full sit down 100 ticket , I’m
not sure that bit would be worth it as it’s such a huge room how can the quality be that good ! But I would highly recommend the show tickets . It was a brilliant show and I would go again …

Amazing backstage experience and show - We have visited previously and always enjoyed the show but found out that they now offer a backstage experience available in both English and Spanish.
We arrived early to be met by one of the shows amazing dancers Sophia. We were then taken for a tour through the cloakroom discovering the history of Benidorm Palace since 1977, looking at old pictures and comparing to today. We went up into the gallery met people who worked on the show had the equiptment explained then up to the gallery seats which are dog friendly for those with four legged friends they can come to the show too - then onto the costume department to see how the costumes are imagined and made all while being given a really informative talk by Sophia who spoke brilliant English and answered our many questions - she was fantastic!
The tour ended on the stage with a photo opportunity which really was a highlight. This new experience really elevated the Benidorm Palace experience.
As always the show was spectacular and the higher priced meal does get you seats closer to the stage. We got our photos to take home which I thought were very reasonable at €10 per album.
The night was a memory will we talk about forever and worth every penny would definately recommend the experience.

An Unforgettable Night - Benidorm Palace is an absolute must-visit when you’re in Benidorm. From the moment you walk in, everything feels glamorous and well organised. The venue itself is impressive, with great seating and excellent views of the stage from almost anywhere.

Good show - A little uncomfortable, because you have to be with your neck turned to see it.

A night out from the hotel - We booked without the dinner, so had the drinks only ticket. We were advised to arrive early to get a decent seat, so we arrived at 2115. However, we were placed in the very front row. Some may love this, but being at the side of the stage made it impossible to see what was going on at the front and the other side. What we saw, we enjoyed, but i do not recommend those seats. You are not given a choice of where to sit. The dinner tickets offer the best view by being raised slightly and in the centre. Think of "Benidorm" where Madge sat on Xmas day, (the tables with the little lamps), those are the dining tables.
Your drink orders are taken by pressing a button on your table, a waiter arrives. Thats handy as the walkways are a little narrow. There is an overpriced food offeting for those on a drinks only ticket. The price of sweet potato fries was 7euros and chicken strips 12euros.
On entry, your photo is taken along with more at the table. Mid-show, the photos are printed and brought to you to buy. Its a bit of a hard sell to be honest and a bit pressured.
The dancing is fine, if we could have seen all of the dancers at once then more of an impression would have been made. There is a guy on a segway who comes on and off, i think this is to allow for the costume changes. The latin dancing was by far the best.
The magician was the standout. I personally would have preferred 2 hours of that! I see some reviews have compared it to the West End, its not. Its not awful, but its not exceptional. It is a show of some very talented dancers who are lost amoungst the others who look like they would prefer to be elsewhere.
We saw Elements.

Bad for persons of limited mobility. - There was nothing wrong with the show but I would like to point out that the facilities for people with limited mobility are terrible. there is only 1 lift which holds at most 3 people. On leaving the show numerous elderly people with walking sticks were struggling up the stairs. One family folded a wheelchair and 2 persons had to support the occupant up the stairs.
