- Bendery Fortress - Explore the Bender Fortress, situated on the right bank of the Dniester River in the city of Bender. This fortress is a remarkable architectural monument from the 16th century. Its construction began in 1538 when the town became part of the Ottoman Empire.
- Tighina Military Cemetery - Visit the Memorial complex, the site of a former military cemetery, where records indicate 5,127 individuals were laid to rest. Historically, 110 Russian regiments were stationed in Bender at various times, particularly during the Balkan campaigns.
- Tiraspol - Get an overview of Tiraspol, the capital of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic (Pridnestrovie/Transnistria). Discover the main thoroughfare, 25th October Street, which runs through the city center from east to west. Experience the entire street by car. Visiting Tiraspol offers a nostalgic glimpse into the USSR era!
- House of Soviets - Admire several captivating buildings from the Stalin era, including the splendid House of Soviets with its spire. This building houses the city councils of Tiraspol, Dnestrovsk, and various city and republican bodies. In front of it stands a monument to Lenin, while the hotel “Russia” (formerly “Druzhba”) is located across the street.

- The Suvorov Monument - 25th October Street leads to the expansive Suvorov Square (700x400 meters), the heart of Pridnestrovie. Constructed mainly in the 1970s-80s, it features the Tiraspol Cinema (1984), City House of Culture (1950), Children and Youth Creativity Center, and the striking Monument to Suvorov (1979), an unofficial symbol of Pridnestrovie.
- The Tank Monument - On the opposite side of the square is the Memorial of Glory, featuring a T-34 tank and a gold-domed chapel designed by Harry Fayfermaher (1942-2002). This site honors the liberators of Moldavia who fell in 1944 and the defenders of Pridnestrovie who resisted nationalistic Moldovan forces in 1991-1992. Nearby is the monument to soldiers-internationalists who perished in Afghanistan. Close to the bridge are Francois de Wollant’s public garden and the Pridnestrovian Alley of Glory, with monuments to Catherine II and Francois de Wollant.
- Palacio Presidencial - Near the square stands the impressive Supreme Council building, adorned with the flag of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and a pink granite Monument to Lenin in front. It currently also serves as the Government of Pridnestrovie.

A visit to Transnistria is particularly enlightening for those from countries that were never part of the Soviet Bloc, offering a glimpse into the daily life experienced by millions in the Soviet Union. Visitors will find themselves in what is essentially a well-preserved ‘museum’ of Soviet history.
