The hike from the jungle starting point to the cave entrance takes approximately 35 minutes. Once inside, the trek to the series of roaring waterfalls is about 45 minutes. Upon reaching the waterfalls, expert guides will equip participants for a 90-minute climb to the top of 6 or 7 waterfalls, each cascading into thrilling pools. Good physical stamina is necessary, but no prior cave or swimming experience is required. Life vests, helmets, and headlamps are provided and are MANDATORY.
REQUIRED DRESS CODE: Lightweight long pants (not jeans), t-shirts or long-sleeved shirts, and well-threaded tennis or hiking boots are required (TEVAS, KEENS, or any type of sandals are NOT PERMITTED FOR SAFETY REASONS). Ankle-length yoga pants are acceptable!
