Magical and Memorable Beaujolais experience - This was a truly spectacular and intimate experience. We were picked up at our hotel in Lyon by one of the owners of the company and he could not have been more pleasant and informative. We met our guide Emilie who drove us in the vintage Land Rover to three separate small vineyards in the Beaujolais area. She was extremely knowledgeable about the region and passionate about the wines. At each vineyard we did tastings of at least 5 wines and were able to walk the vineyard and met with the winemaker at one as well. I would highly recommend selecting to do the picnic for a small additional fee, where they set up a table and chairs at the top of a mountain in a vineyard. It was absolutely spectacular - Emilie cooked for us on a barbecue and we drank wine and ate cheese and charcuterie that we selected at a local fromagerie in one of the small Cru villages —- the day could not have been more memorable.

An amazing two days in Beaujolais! - We had an amazing trip across Beaujolais with Amelie! We sent her some ideas in terms of what we were interested in - a mix of natural and traditional winemakers, a desire to see some beautiful views, and opportunities to learn more about the history of the region - and she curated a fantastic two days with us. Touring with her was fun, warm, wonderful and delicious! We absolutely recommend it.

Best Day Out in Beaujolais! - My mom and I had the best day exploring Beaujolais with our amazing guide, Amélie! From the moment we hopped into the vintage Land Rover, it felt like a real adventure through the French countryside.
We visited three different wine growers, and each tasting was fantastic—delicious wines, beautiful settings, and a chance to really experience the passion behind the winemaking. The picnic lunch was an absolute highlight: fresh local cheese, cold cuts, and wine enjoyed with a gorgeous view of the rolling vineyards. It honestly felt like something out of a postcard.
Amélie made the whole day so fun, relaxed, and memorable. She clearly loves what she does, and her energy made the experience even more special.
If you’re in the area and want a mix of great wine, beautiful landscapes, and a laid-back day full of local flavor, this is the tour to book. Easy 5/5!

Great personalized tour - Our private tour with Beaujolais Insiders was unforgettable—not just because of the incredible wine, but because of the thoughtfulness, care, and personal attention that went into every detail of the experience. We were traveling with our 1-year-old, and the team went above and beyond to make the day seamless and enjoyable for all of us.
From the start, it was clear this wasn’t a cookie-cutter wine tour. They tailored everything to our interests, crafting an experience focused on the heart of Beaujolais—both its wines and its people. Our guide, Thomas, was outstanding. He didn’t just drive and narrate; he became part of the experience. At several stops, he kindly held our little one so we could fully immerse ourselves in tastings. He even brought along toys to keep him entertained—an incredibly thoughtful touch that made all the difference.
Beyond the hospitality, the depth of knowledge was exceptional. We visited small, passionate winemakers who didn’t just pour wine—they shared their craft, their history, and their land. We left each stop with a deeper appreciation for what makes Beaujolais special.

Perfect tour, gorgeous views, great wines! - We had a multigenerational family ages 11-70’s and everyone had a wonderful time! Our guide, Thomas was knowledgeable, interesting, and full of energy. We visited four tastings, one of which was in a castle that was a bonus, and the others were all with charming hosts and delicious wines. Riding around in the vintage Rovers made it all the more fun too, the windows down, smelling the earth and feeling the breeze.
The sun was shining and we were able to take advantage of the vineyard barbecue lunch option, eating amongst the vines, sipping rosé and dining on foods we picked up at local markets. It was the highlight of our Lyon visit! We hope to do it again.

Magical Beaujolais Vineyards Tour - We had a truly memorable experience on this fabulous tour through the vineyards of Beaujolais. Our guide, Aldric, was wonderful in every way. He is knowledgeable, well organized and communicates clearly. He also is so warm and kind. He stated the tour saying he wanted us to feel like we were with a good friend and that is exactly how we experienced him. We have done many wine tours, and something that made this one stand out was that we didn’t do the typical go to the big winery and get the standard production tour. In fact, we spent a lot of time in the vineyards and also visiting small family run operations that where wine is being produced with genuine heart and soul. A highlight of the day was when Aldric drove us a beautiful viewing point in a vineyard and then proceeded to set out comfy lounging chairs with cheese and wine to top it all off. It was incredible. I should add that to the day of her tour happened to be my birthday and Aldric went out of his way to make it extra special. He’s a wonderful guide, a genuinely kind human, and he and his company do a wonderful job providing a quality experience.

A day of discovery and good atmosphere - We spent a day full of discoveries and good wine to celebrate the 15th anniversary of our company.
Aldric and Thomas were really great and knew the area very well — it was really exciting!
The producers we met, as well as the beekeeper, were passionate and exciting. We learned a lot, both about the different wines and the world of bees.
A big bravo to Aldric, who really struggled to find a restaurant and a circuit that suits everyone.
I highly recommend this activity, as rewarding as it is user-friendly.
Thanks again to Aldric and Thomas for their welcome and this wonderful day!

Fantastic experience!!! - My boyfriend and I went on a trip across France, Switzerland, and Germany and this wine tour was one of the highlights of our trip. We stayed in Lyon and took a 30 min train to the train station to be picked up by Aldric, our host. He was very knowledgeable, welcoming, and had great communication. The scenery and experiences we had were unforgettable and we have recommended this tour to anyone going to France.

Fabulous Day in the Vineyards - What a truly amazing day we had with Amelie! The car was fun, the shopping at the market was truly enjoyable, lunch was absolutely delicious, and the vineyards and wine tasting were the best. We especially loved our first stop with Patrick & Nelly. Of all the experiences we had on this trip, this was truly a highlight!!!
