  The latter part of the tour involves crafting and tasting the chocolate you create! Start by tasting the raw roasted cocoa bean, then use a “Matate,” a Mayan stone tool, to naturally grind the beans into 100% Natural Chocolate. Most guests prefer to make 85% dark chocolate. All ingredients are completely natural, with no additives or preservatives like wax included in these products. There will be a variety of percentages and products available to suit your taste.
