Cruise excursion day trip - We booked this for a cruise excursion. We rushed off the boat and had to wait around for awhile. This company seems to organize many different tours/ excursions. We enjoyed Geoff’s Cay. We took a boat ride to the island (about 25 minutes) and got to hang out there for several hours. There’s a little restaurant on the island, the lobster is delicious and still am thinking about it. You have to pay for beach chairs and need to bring your own towel. The staff took us snorkeling in the ocean which was fun even with the water a little choppy. The island also had island dogs which were friendly. We enjoyed playing fetch with a coconut. It’s a nice day trip and I had a lot of fun. The staff made sure to have us back in time for the tender back to the ship. I would recommend.

Trip to Goff Caye - The trip itself was very good. The island was marvelous. The logistics regarding meeting point in the morning and the meeting time was not clear in the original reservation. So it is recommended to reach and ask for clarification. It is good to keep in mind that if you travel with small children , be mindful that would have to wait probably like an hour and half before the boats departs to the island. I love the trip but wish it was more clear about the wait and where to meet.
The crew was exceptional. Really helpful. I recommend to the travelers to be open to order food at the island like grill fish and lobster. Also keep in mind Belize in its entirety its a protected country. Dont take anything from the corrals with you also don’t destroy anything.
Besides that enjoy your trip and bring plenty od water and layers for protection from the sun.

Perfect day in Belize - Our excursion started off slow as we waited about 1-1/2 hours at the dock to travel to Goff's Caye. The Details said that we should arrive as early as possibe...so we followed instructions. Once we finally left for the island, the rest of the day was great. As we approached the island after about a 25 minute boat ride, we realized that this was a unique experience. We loved the three dogs running around the island toting coconuts while having a great time playing in the surf and and sand. We especially enjoyed snorkeling with Jamaal who was a great guide. He explained everything very clearly and then took the time to show everyone how to properly use their equipment. He even took care to tow several of the weaker swimmers who were not adept using the fins, masks, and snorkels. We were all grateful to have his help. In addition, he was very knowledgeable about Belize and answered all of our questions. The water was pretty choppy on the way back, but the boat driver (Mark...I think) did his best to minimize the boat bouncing up and down. Our entire party of 10 had a great day and would highly recommend this adventure.

Not as Advertised, not even close!! - No lunch, no rum punch. Didn’t go to the island that was represented. But did go to a nice laid-back island Caye Caulty.. Jamal m, the host was good, a good day but wud not return.

Goffs Caye was great! ... - Goffs Caye was great!
However....
The communication from the tour fascillitator was non existent!
That was very frustrating for us and all the other folks that waited there at the pier for an hour before anything started happening.
The boat crew seemed to be individuals that the tour fascillitator hires. They were fantastic and very helpful once we go to that point where they took over.
I would reccommend Goff's Caye, but not with this tour fascillitator (Splash Wave Tours) . Find a different tour group.

Disappointed - The island is very small, but beautiful. The food was great, but they ran out. Splash Wave Tours is who took us out to the island. Snorkeling was canceled due to rough water, which is understandable. They advertise fruit and rum punch. They had one pineapple for approximately 20 of us. They also ran out of rum punch. The “bottled” water was in small bags, not bottles. Splash Wave Tours did pick us up at the port, but once we returned from the excursion, we were told we had to walk back. It was only a short 5-10 minute walk, but it would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. We had a few elderly people in the group. Overall, the water and scenery were beautiful, but I do not recommend this excursion due to the vendor used to take us.

Still waiting and no communication - I haven't even started this tour and I don't recommend it. 8 have never had a bad experience with a Viator contracted company for years, until now. The tour operator "highly encouraged" us to get on the first tender because we were to leave at 8am. We have now been waiting around on a dock for almost 1 1/2 hours, no bathroom, not enough chairs and a bunch of people and NO communication whatsoever. We have no idea when we're leaving for our tour. This is so frustrating
I do not recommend booking this. Hopefully we'll get to the island before it's time to turn around and head back

Book this excursion with a different company - They cancelled our trip and didn’t tell us until we were already walked down to the pier. They said it was because we were the only 2 booked. We requested a refund from Viator and had to book with another excursion in port. Goff’s is beautiful and the Eco Tours group provided great service.

Horrific experience! - Terrible!! Met and picked up in a dirty old car. Could only take 4 at a time. Very unprofessional. Old small boat took 16 people to an island with no beach chairs and a scary pier where we had to be lifted off the boat. We got soaked traveling to the island by boat spray due to the driver going so fast. Not a fun trip. Snacks ere a cut watermelon and chips from a bag and salsa from a can. Horrible experience

They canceled our trip... - They canceled our trip and did not tell us until we were at the pickup point. I would not recommend booking in advance or using this guide company.
