Great tour!! - It was a lot of fun! The port was chaotic. We were on the star princess and the tender process was quite time consuming. When I made my reservation I put our arrival time as 8 am as listed on my itinerary and I was on the first tender but the loading process was quite long and we didn’t arrive into terminal 2 until 920 ish. We did not see anyone with blue Superman shirts but when asked they found our contact and we were walked down to a pickup spot. We had to wait for others but were on our way by 10. Our guide was very informative and we really enjoyed tubing through the cave. The lunch was very good. Be sure to bring water shoes and a waterproof pouch for your phone: we were back in port by 4 pm. Great tour!

tubing through the caves... - tubing through the caves was great - better way to see than kayaking. Be prepared to forge rivers and hike for .8 mile - but worth it.

Professional and safe. Patiently answered our questions and explained where we were, a little history too - We were recommended this company from our hotel Lamanai Landing and grateful they did. Wonderful, safe vehicles. Patiently answered our questions and helped us see animals at the Zoo (more like a sanctuary). Chap was our transfer and guide and he made our trip memorable. Definitely check them out and use. Their prices were also fair and provided value. We want to come back and do more with them.

Outstanding Company - Thankyou Charlie and Chap for saving us yesterday - our driver did not show up and Charlie literally rescued us from being stranded. We had planned a tour from Orange Walk to San Ignacio going to the zoo and baboon sanctuary - Chap took us to all of our destinations and provided excellent information. I’m not sure where to post this as it was not a tubing adventure!! We really appreciate your professional and wonderful service!! 10/5 service!! Thankyou

Amazing Experience!!! - AMAZING!!! Wish I could give more stars! Chap, our guide was awesome! He was ridiculously knowledgeable about everything from Mayan history to all the local plant and animal life in detail. He picked us up right from the water taxi exit and took care of us every step along the way. He timed everything perfectly to avoid all of the cruise excursion crowds and totally individualized our cave tubing experience to take us to a hidden pool for swimming. Hands down, Chap’s tour was my favorite part of our trip, which was amazing to begin with. Would highly recommend!!! 10/10

Awesome tour! - Beautiful walk through a part of the rain forest with no need to carry the tube and the tubing experience itself was amazing!

Wonderful Excursion, Poor Communication - The excursion itself was so much fun. Nelson was an excellent guide and made the entire day very interesting and enjoyable. The caves were beautiful and the lunch was delectable. Only complaint is that the communication prior to going on the excursion was very poor. We tried to reach out to Charlie regarding when we needed to meet with them with no replies at all through Viator and the email found on their website. For cruisers, since this is a tender port i would recommend getting on the first boat possible, as it seems that the guides for this excursion typically only wait until the first boat or two arrives at the port. All in all, a fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone!

Disappointing - Zero communication from the organizers that this was canceled due to the caves flooding from heavy rainfall. The only reason we found out was when someone else that booked this contacted the organizer to confirm arrival time a few hours prior. We heard that they still wanted people to show up so they could sell them on a totally different excursion instead of granting refunds. It’s been days since this was supposed to happen and still no contact or automatic refund. I had to request my own refund which is still in review for approval.
