Best guided tour ever! Guide team is kind and very knowledgeable. - This was our favorite experience on our entire trip! The guides were very helpful. I have some disabilities following a bad car accident, and this was my first snorkel since then. Every part of the tour was a challenge for me, physically, but the guide team helped me through every step. One important bit of information: This site lists tours at 7, 8, and 9, but all tours leave at 9 am. Most of their customers are cruise ship passengers, so the boat doesn't leave until 9 am. Tour is 5 hours, as advertised. You will return to port around 2 pm. This fits well if you are a cruise ship passenger. If you are leaving by air that afternoon, please let the company know. They can help you figure out logistics.

Had a great experience.... - Had a great experience. Saw many sting rays, nurse sharks, and even a moray eel and lion fish. Feeding the tarpons was so fun and Stacy was a great guide. A little crowded but highly recommend

Perfect trip while in Belize! - The Coral Garden, Shark and Sting Ray Alley snorkeling tour with Splash Wave Tours was absolutely incredible and a highlight of our trip to Belize. The water was crystal clear, and Coral Garden was bursting with vibrant coral and tropical fish—like swimming through an aquarium. Shark and Sting Ray Alley was truly unforgettable. Being in the water with nurse sharks and graceful stingrays was thrilling but felt completely safe thanks to the knowledgeable and professional guides. The crew was friendly, patient, and clearly passionate about the marine life, making sure everyone was comfortable and had plenty of time to enjoy each stop. This tour struck the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation. If you’re visiting Belize and want a once-in-a-lifetime snorkeling experience, this is a must-do. Highly recommend!

Great day with Tiffara and crew - Have Faith! We were so nervous about going with Splash Wave because of the recent negative reviews. We were so lucky to meet Clayton at the exit of the pier because although he wasn't working for Splash Wave that day, he knew who to contact to see where we needed to be. There is no green turtle so don't go there! Apparently the communication problems lay within the ownership of this company but the staff that we had for the day was exceptional! There were 10 people on the boat and four crew members. Tiffara was our guide and she is a gem!!! She is so kind and knowledgeable. Jamal took such good care of getting us to the dock where the boat would leave from and he made sure that Tiffara was on her way. Mark was an excellent Captain and Anthony was adorable as our first mate. We saw amazing coral and fish and tarpon while we were on the reef. We swam with the stingrays and nurse sharks which were plentiful and friendly. We then went near the shore to feed the tarpon which was quite the experience. They are crazy fish! The boat ride from dock where we snorkeled was about 45 minutes in a speed boat. It was very enjoyable. We had lunch at the the sip and dip and it was delicious. Fantastic day even though it was not total sunshine all day.

Decent - The sharks and rays is very nice, snorkel is OK but rushed, the crew treatment could be better, much nicer in other places.

Missed experience - We never got to enjoy this tour. When we arrived at the port, the Ship announced that the Port Authorities were canceling tours to the Coral Garden Shark due to weather. We tried immediately to contact the local operator; however, no one answered. We called Viator directly; however, due to poor cell service, the calls dropped several times. We received an email stating that the tour was not cancelled. Unfortunately, we could not find them. This was a tricky port because you had to be tendered from the cruise ship to the port via ferry. After an exhausting search for the tour operator, we gave up. Viator did give us a refund.

Half a disaster! - The boat with the crew was absolutely not up to scratch: they made us wait an hour on the pier then took us snorkeling near the reef but due to the strong current they could not find a good place for anchor. Too bad at least ten other boats had found him... Morality: one group of people jumped and the other did not creating a lot of problems and a lot of tension (someone cried in panic! ). Then they took us to a ridiculous place full of rays and small sharks very annoying (obvious that every day they stalk the place ..): the water was half a meter high and you could not even use the mask. Not really a snorkeling!! Finally, the pearl vials: on the way back the boat's engine broke down and we were taken to the port by another boat! The only one I'd save is the driving, otherwise a disaster!
