A wonderful experience. - Shane was a wonderful guide. He shared Irish history, culture, folklore, and humor as he described the many sights we enjoyed today. The bus was clean, comfortable, and safely operated. We thoroughly enjoyed the day!

Great day in Northern Ireland - This was a wonderful full-day trip from the Port of Belfast to The Giants Causeway and back from a cruise on August 19, 2025. We chose this tour because it was cheaper and more comprehensive than trips offered by the ship Our guide was very well informed and well-spoken. She also gave us tips that saved us some money. Although the Giants Causeway was the goal of the trip, we enjoyed the drive getting there along the coast even more. I guess we hadn't thought of Northern Island as beautiful. But, now when we think of Ireland we will always think of the coastal and pastoral scenes we saw there on this, a beautiful sunny day. The Causeway was great, but a little tricky for older folks and very crowded that day. We enjoyed photo stops at the Carrickfergus Castle and the Carick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, as well as Dunlace Castle. Because of time and traffic, we only did a drive-through in Belfast, but the narration by the Driver, a son of Belfast, was fascinating. Got back to our ship on time.

Great shore excursion - Fabulous tour. Guide Tom and driver Ian were great. Plenty of quick comfort stops and seeing sights off the beaten path. Causeway is incredibly windy. We were on Regal Princess. Pick up was a little confusing as the bus was not marked but we were still the first bus to depart. Plenty of time and never felt rushed throughout the day. Tour thru Belfast was very insightful, but did not stop for an hour to walk as suggested in description. But having driven through it, do not feel like we missed anything. It also started to rain, so all worked out.

Giant's Causeway was just... - Giant's Causeway was just as amazing as we thought, we even got to dip our fingers in the ocean! The rest of our excursion was just ok, but we picked this one since it spent the most time at Giant's Causeway and we at least got a quick ride through Belfast with some info on its history and some lovely countryside. We had to prioritize and this tour was worth it!

Good and educational. - The tour was good and very educational. The company needs to rent buses with toilets. The pit and lunch stops were poorly timed. We spent too long without a pit or lunch stop. They need to better work on stops timing.

Mixed feelings - The tour operator was also the bus driver, Shane. He did a good job narrating the tour but we missed out on a couple stops. The first one was The Dark Hedges (I’m a Games of Thrones fan and wanted this stop). When I asked about it, Shane said he left it out intentionally because it is not what it used to be. If that was the case, why was it listed in the itinerary as that is one of the reason I picked this tour. Second missed stop was the Belfast City Center. We were supposed to have free time there but a parade had traffic backed up and Shane said traffic was at a crawl and we might should just head back to the terminal and we did. So our 8 hour tour that we paid for was just under seven with two missed stops. A partial refund or credit is due! The Giant Causeway and coastal drive with gorgeous views with lunch along the way was nice.

With the exception of the... - With the exception of the causeway, our trip was not as in our itinerary. We did not have a guide, just a bus driver. He wasxnice and he tried but it wasn't as expected.

Never introduced - The driver/guide did not show up. We contacted Customer Service and they did not have our reservation, despite the confirmation we had received. We had to find a Plan B at the last minute, which cost us a lot more (private guide). This private guide told us that this often happens with this company. However we got our refund quickly, thanks to Trip Advisor for that.
