Wonderful day out - Wonderful day exploring Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle and the Dark Hedges; our guide, Shae, was knowledgeable and very welcoming. Great 'crack' at the pub when we stopped for lunch and loads of time to explore at all the stops. Would highly recommend for a day out from Belfast. Great value

Memorable Day Out - The paddywagon tour from Belfast to the Giants Causeway calling at the Dark Hedges, and especially Dunluce Castle is definitely worth going on, and was a memorable day out for us. Pick up and drop off was easy and straightforward. Aiden, our driver and guide, was professional, friendly, very informative about everywhere we passed and visited, with a wicked sense of humour. Would highly recommend this tour when in Belfast

PaddyWagon Tours Giant Causeway. - Bus was early, like we were so great to have the pick of the seats, only 18 on our tour, so nice group. We had Michael for our driver and tour guide and he was funny and knowledgeable, great views on the drive to Dunlech Castle, wish we had a bit longer here. On to the Giant Causeway, views amazing driving along the coast, be prepared for all weathers, think we had 4 seasons in one day .The causeway was very very busy and we went on a week day, if you can walk up and then down the hillside , these will have the best views and less people. There is a little bus to take you to the stones, I was a little underwhelmed with the stones, but may be because of some many people. Coach driver was on time with all his timings and also where he said he would be. On to the trees, nice walk to them but nothing like the photos you see of them from Games of Thrones, but enjoyable day and a clean and tidy coach and Michael the driver made it more enjoyable, so thank you.

A great day spent in the north - Leo, our driver, was a great wealth of ancient Irish history. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, especially the Giant's Causeway. The bus was comfortable. It also had wifi & charging ports so you could recharge your phone to take more pictures.

Mixed experience - This tour company was recommended to us. The coach pickup was central and the coach clean and modern. The driver was friendly and welcoming. The trip included Dunluce (fab), The Causeway (awesome) and The Trees (lost on us as not a thrones viewer). The only down was the food stop. Travelling with a 5 year old, the menu choice was not appropriate. We were told we could order at the bar on arrival. Unfortunately service was slow, not pubs fault they were dealing with the arrival of a coach party! We were also told it was waiter service so we had to wait ages to order. For speed we just ordered chips in the end. Very nice and freshly cooked but then their payment machine didn't work. it made us 5 minutes late back to bus and we were made to feel very uncomfortable. Did spoil what had been a lovely day up to then. I would suggest you take snacks to eat in coach if travelling with a child and just have a quick drink in pub as not sure there is anywhere to go in the village.

Beautiful scenery, biased (near bigoted) commentary - Loved the castle, loved the causeway and the scenery in between. Dark Hedges were a disappointment but all in all the places were superb. Driver and commentator Gerry, well I imagine back in Ireland he’s a good guy. However I didn’t like his tone. Too much focus on the Protestants not being welcoming, the Brits were murderers, Ireland should be Catholic and United and Winston Churchill was to blame for a famine in India in 1943. I think Churchill does have many bad points but in 1943 he might’ve been busy v Nazi Germany. Cromwell was a mass murderer and Bobby Sands and his IRA mates were not classed as murderers. Biased views, everywhere we went “I’m not welcome here, I wouldn’t go in here, these flags are not my flags.” I don’t care Gerry. I really don’t. I’d not be welcome in some places in Belfast, Londonderry or Glasgow but I’m not really spouting my views to strangers who are going on a tour of the Antrim Coast. Let it go and let the scenery talk for itself. For me the guy Gerry came across as a bitter wee man and there are too many of those across Ireland on both sides of their communities. And slow down a wee but on the bends and corners.

Very poor tour. - Tour Guide hadn't a clue what he was on about. He made very offensive comments twice.

Don’t book if you’re on a cruise ship - We’re on a Viking cruise and booked this as an independent excursion. Unfortunately our cruise ship didn’t dock in port and we had to take a tender to shore in Bangor. We took the first one but when we got to shore the next shuttle into Belfast wasn’t leaving for another 40 minutes. The drive to Belfast is 45 minutes so even if we taxied we would not make it by 9:45. We did not realize we would need to tender to shore, then shuttle to town when we booked this. It doesn’t seem possible to make this excursion from a cruise ship. We didn’t end up arriving in time to make the excursion and lost our money. I’ve heard it’s an amazing site and am very disappointed to miss seeing the Giant’s Causeway. I just want to warn other cruisers the situation.

They took our money and ran! - Worst travel company I have ever experienced. We showed up for our tour and checked in. Were told that the bus was full and a taxi would be coming for us. After 30 min no one showed. We called the company and said they had no record of that. So they just left us stranded on the street and we weren’t able to do the trip. Now we have to jump through 50 hoops to even get a refund. Do not book with them!!!
