Cause it's Way magical - We loved the Giants Causeway and spending time in the town for lunch and shopping. We would have preferred more time at the Causeway. Don't sit in the front seats, apparently it's not something that is okay to do.

Stephen and odyssey tours. - Our driver Stephen could not have been better. His scripted commentary along with his own local knowledge made for a fascinating tour of Belfast and the giants causeway coast. His sense of humour was great and his willingness to help us all was very refreshing. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The cost of the tour was a fraction of the cruise ships price and the order of the stops meant that we got a jump on the other coaches, so never had to queue at all. And it was very busy at all the stops, but normally , just as we were about to leave. Well done Stephen and odyssey.

Great Tour; Exceptional Value for Money - We were travelling on a British Isles cruise in May 2024. We booked the tour online with Odyssey. Like a great many of our fellow cruise passengers, we found the cruise line's tours to be too expensive and poor value for money. The port pick up was smoothly coordinated and the whole experience was enjoyable, due in no small part to our guide Steven, whose good humoured commentary was invaluable in giving us an understanding of each of the many stages of our packed itinerary. We found the tour to be be good value for money and would highly recommend it to other cruise passengers.

We were picked up right... - We were picked up right next to the cruise terminal and were dropped off to the terminal on time. Great value for the price compared to what the cruise line charges.

We got left! No refund - We booked the Giants Causeway tour with Odyssey Coach Tours well in advance of our April 2024 cruise on NCL. The reviews were pretty good. The problem however came with a crowded disembarkation causing my wife and I to evidently be the final pair of the group off the boat and the Odyssey Coach simply left us. We looked for our bus and finally called Odyssey to be told the driver had waited (they said 30 minutes which is inaccurate based on the time of my phone call) then left us. They made no attempt to contact us (even though they had all our info). What makes it even worse is they refused to refund our money. If you cruise enough you will also have a delayed embarkation someday as we did so I'd avoid these guys for a tour company that is a little more accommodating or at least tries to communicate with you.
