- Deir el Qamar - Deir el Qamar is a village in Mount Lebanon that served as the capital of the Ma’an Dynasty, explaining the presence of palaces. Deir el Qamar symbolizes diversity, with churches, mosques, and even a Jewish synagogue representing all religions.

Amazing Experience - Highly Recommended - Rita was our guide and she was extremely great at explaining the history of Beirut. The highlight of this tour was visiting the National Museum of Beirut. Our guide carefully explained the history behind all the artifacts and it was an amazing experience. We went on a walk around Beirut and saw the martyrs square, pigeon rocks and other places in Beirut. Next, we visited the beautiful beittedine palace and we got to see each section of the palace which was as a masterpiece on its own. We stopped by for some tasty lunch before going to Deir el Qamar where we had a nice stroll around the town and also got a tour of the church. I absolutely recommend this tour.
