Highly recommend this tour company if you have time during your layover! - This company went above and beyond with our two booked tours. We did a private family tour to Forbidden City for our layover on the way to France and then we did the Mutianyu Great Wall tour on the way back. We had the same guide - Yuan - for both tours and she was incredible! We had our two young boys with us and she went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and happy - including having to literally run to get our children to a bathroom when they were suddenly busting - the joys of travelling with children. The Travel Advisor, Daniel, was also amazing! How does he reply so instantly and personally to all emails? Does he ever sleep? He was so super helpful and all of the instructions on where to meet the guide, how to navigate Beijing Airport and the thorough itinerary was just so super helpful and made everything seamless and easy and stress-free. Our drivers were the unsung heroes, as they just quietly took us where we needed to go and then guarded our bags while we toured - but goodness! Navigating Beijing rush hour traffic - especially to take us to our hotel after our second tour! The fact he managed to be so patient and honestly just to not crash in the craziness of their streets - was a miracle in itself. The drivers definitely deserve a mention (if not a sainthood). If you have time for a tour on your layovers in Beijing, I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

Beijing layover tour. - The tour was just amazing. Everything was perfectly organized, and I got a great taste of Beijing thanks to this tour. Herbie was an excellent guide—enthusiastic, professional, and very kind. Seeing the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, and then having a meal at a local restaurant, it’s hard to do better to make the most of a long layover. Also, there was a very kind driver who took us to the different places throughout the day, whenever needed, which was very pleasant.
Well, I highly recommend it... (100%)

Great Wall and forbidden city must do - Alice our tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable she gave us great information on the wall and the forbidden city we really enjoyed our layover tour from start to finish definitely a 5 star service definitely recommend thanks again from Dylan and Abby

I forgettable experience first visit to China - Was such a great experience! Herbie was our tour guide, he was on time and efficient he was very knowledgable, friendly and really thoroughly shared the history of each sights we visited it was very interesting and appreciative. HERBIE also helped us take many great pictures too! It was perfect weather beginning of Dec we almost had the Great Wall all to ourselves which was amazing! Daniel helped me organise the trip at the beginning when I first contacted him via email he was very responsive and straight forward to follow with instructions on getting the visa permit and meeting locations etc. Mr Zhang our driver for the day was also super nice, smooth driving, very clean car and bottle water prepared for us. Thanks to the team. Husband and I had a great time and an unforgettable experience for our first visit to China and would highly recommend their service the trip was so smooth and hassle free!

A breathtaking experience - A breathtaking tour! Everything was perfect, from the initial organization to the tour. It was very easy to book, Daniel was very kind and always answered promptly to our requests. When we arrived at the airport we were greeted by the staff who took great care of us throughout the day. The biggest surprise was our guide, Herbie. His English is amazing and his love for his job hits you straight away. He provided us with lots of information and historical curiosities about China, and also recommended some excellent typical dishes. If you have many hours of layover, I highly recommend this tour to be able to enjoy such an exciting culture.

Awesome tour - Due the our arrival flight was late the tour guide was verry happy that we arrived and we do the tour a little bit different as planed, but the Herbie tour guide was awesome. He has a wealth of knowledge and explains history with enthusiasm. Really awesome tour. And from my expirience, the autumn is perfect time to visit this tour, it's a lot of yellow, red and orange colors.

Amazing Tour and Excellent Service! - Today was a wonderful tour of the Great Wall of China 🇨🇳 and Forbidden city. What made my tour so memorable was the beautiful photos Lisa my tour guide took of me. Lisa, is amazing!!! She really want her clients to be happy and have a memorable experience! She took time to explain the history of the wall and the forbidden city in great great detail. The driver was really nice and did an excellent job of getting us from point A to B.
Before the tour on my way from USA David and his staff answered all of my concerns and questions 24/7 someone was always available via email, chat or WhatsApp.

Fun and memorable layover - Great tour with a great, very experienced guide Herbie.
Traveling with 3 kids (11,9& 7), Herbie did a great job keeping the children’s interest during the whole tour.
The Great Wall visit was exceptional. Riding the gondola up and walking down was a great way to save time and enjoy time and the surrounds of this amazing sight.
We had a quick stop over at a local place for lunch and the food was delicious.
The afternoon was spent driving by Tiananmen square and then walking through the Forbidden city.
Herbie shared some interesting facts and was well prepared to help deal with the afternoon heat (the umbrellas and cool water were life savers!)
Thanks Herbie for a truly memorable tour. Would highly recommend this tour to make the most of a long layover (21 hours).

Beijing layover - Fantastic trip that gave more than expected. The guide Herbie was amazing, with lots of good information. Both the Wall and the Forbidden City were unique. 100% Recommendation from here. We were picked up at 12 at the airport and set off at the hotel at 20. We were there on layover
