A day in Beijing-making most of our layover! - It was a very smooth and amazing experience with Nina and our driver Mr. Xu. They were very accommodating and gave some amazing recommendations. Starting with the acrobat tour, the tea tasting and a guided tour of the great wall! Totally recommended! 10/10

Excellent tour - Herbie was our your guide. He went above and beyond for us, with photos, information and planning the tour. We were tired after travelling for 22 hours but he made sure we were comfortable at all times. Really enjoyed the tour

Don’t waste time at the airport get out and see China. - Highly recommend this company.
From the first email with Daniel it was smooth sailing. He is very quick with responding with all my questions. We had a 12 hour lay in Beijing. We were picked up by Herbie and a driver. Very nice man. Very passionate about the history of China. We loved all the info he was giving us. We felt very safe. It was just me and my 15 year old daughter.
He organised everything the cable cars the wall entrance fee. Even took us to a wonderful restaurant.
Overall it was a must do. 10/10

Layover tour - 5* ! - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Initially a very professional and helpful service from Daniel in arranging the tour including advice on visa requirements etc.
Herbie was our guide and he was fantastic. Very educational without being too boring ! He showed us the best spots for photos and was very fun to be with. He was even our personal photographer most of the time.

Tour and Herbie super!!!!! - Fantastic tour! Herbie was fantastic. He picked us up at the airport, and we went first to the Great Wall and then to the Forbidden City. Herbie was always kind, friendly, and helpful. He explained the history of the monuments and the city to us with great enthusiasm and excellent English. Super!

We had a fantastic experience on our Beijing and Great Wall tour! Herbie was an excellent guide. - We had an amazing time on our tour in Beijing and at the Great Wall of China! Herbie was an awesome guide, his English was excellent, so communication was super easy and enjoyable. The pickup and drop-off instructions from the airport were very clear, and everything went exactly as planned.
The car was spacious and really comfortable. Even though the driver didn’t speak English, he was very polite and kind, and made sure the journey was safe and smooth. We also got bottled water in the car, which was a nice touch!
All the stops were really interesting and well-organized. Thanks to the personalized itinerary, we got to see everything we wanted without any stress about catching our next flight.
We absolutely recommend this tour to anyone who has a longer layover in Beijing and wants to explore the Great Wall and learn a bit about China’s amazing history and culture. It was a perfect experience from start to finish!

Perfect stop-over - For my planned 12 hour stopover in Beijing, I booked the tour to explore the highlights of Beijing compactly and carefree.
I already had a good feeling in advance as the email communication was excellent.
When Herbie arrived on time at 06:30, I knew the day would be great. Together with his very nice driver we started and it was all easy and uncomplicated.... You immediately notice the competence and how thoughtful everything is.... Even if, for example, there is a long queue outside the entrance.... Herbie knows how to get past it and the time is optimally used.
Of course you expect a lot of background information from a guide - which Herbie also did perfectly - but I liked even better that all my general questions (how do the Chinese live today, how much do they earn, children's politics to the car industry) explained and we could just talk about country and people ....
Food was also taken care of. Everything was great and I arrived at the airport on time for my onward journey.

Highly recommend this tour company if you have time during your layover! - This company went above and beyond with our two booked tours. We did a private family tour to Forbidden City for our layover on the way to France and then we did the Mutianyu Great Wall tour on the way back. We had the same guide - Yuan - for both tours and she was incredible! We had our two young boys with us and she went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and happy - including having to literally run to get our children to a bathroom when they were suddenly busting - the joys of travelling with children. The Travel Advisor, Daniel, was also amazing! How does he reply so instantly and personally to all emails? Does he ever sleep? He was so super helpful and all of the instructions on where to meet the guide, how to navigate Beijing Airport and the thorough itinerary was just so super helpful and made everything seamless and easy and stress-free. Our drivers were the unsung heroes, as they just quietly took us where we needed to go and then guarded our bags while we toured - but goodness! Navigating Beijing rush hour traffic - especially to take us to our hotel after our second tour! The fact he managed to be so patient and honestly just to not crash in the craziness of their streets - was a miracle in itself. The drivers definitely deserve a mention (if not a sainthood). If you have time for a tour on your layovers in Beijing, I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

Beijing layover tour. - The tour was just amazing. Everything was perfectly organized, and I got a great taste of Beijing thanks to this tour. Herbie was an excellent guide—enthusiastic, professional, and very kind. Seeing the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, and then having a meal at a local restaurant, it’s hard to do better to make the most of a long layover. Also, there was a very kind driver who took us to the different places throughout the day, whenever needed, which was very pleasant.
Well, I highly recommend it... (100%)
