Happy birthday to me! - A few years ago we are giving away to celebrate somewhere wonderful in the world. Today was the Great Wall. What an amazing and amazing construction! We had two stops, the first in Mu Tia Yu and the second in Huanghuacheng, with a lagoon and waterfall. The day started in the hotel lobby from where we were picked up by Elisa. What a great person! There are not so many guides in Spanish so we were blessed with their accompaniment. Between the two sides of the wall we went to lunch. Very good Chinese food (pork and beef with chestnuts, fish, spicy chauchas and rice) and, as Elisa explained, I ate pasta (typical birthday dish in China) because noodles represent longevity. From there he took us to a teahouse to taste flavors. The Chinese have a spectacular tea culture with amazing blends. Wonderful experience! The Great Wall is a must on a trip to Beijing and with Elisa, unforgettable! (It is worth mentioning that he took pictures of us the whole tour and didn’t have to, he was just looking for the best place and we heard: photo, photo! Thank you, Elisa!

Breathtaking Lakeside Great Wall tour - We went on a private tour with Cathy to Huanghuacheng as I have heard so much about it. The views were breathtaking and certainly worth the 1 n half hour ride from Beijing. The old part of the wall was still visible and there were other activities such as river cruises and zip line. When we were there the peach blossoms were in full bloom over the mountains and were a sight.
Lunch for us was local trout which was a specialty in that area
Our guide Cathy was very vivacious and kept us entertained throughout the trip and was thoughtful enough to loan us a winter coat as it was very windy.
I had an amazing experience with my tour guide! Her in-depth knowledge, friendly personality, and attention to every detail made the tour truly unforgettable. She took us off the beaten path to hidden local gems, provided fascinating historical insights, and was always ready with helpful recommendations. The personalized service and genuine passion for the culture and history shone through every moment. I highly recommend this tour guide to anyone looking for an exceptional, enriching, and fun travel experience. Five stars all the way!

Magnificent excursion to the Wall of China - The visit to the Great Wall with the Ariel guide has been a magnificent experience. During the Car trip, Ariel explained many details of Chinese history and culture.

Best day trip to The Great Wall of China! - Cathy led our tour to two beautiful sections of the Great Wall for our family group of 8 people, on a beautiful sunny day, and we honestly had the best time ever! She was very patient with the whole group and was very clear with her communication.
Cathy was so insightful and gave us a very detailed overview of the history of China and the construction and maintenance of the Great Wall. Cathy also had lots of interesting stories which kept us entertained during the car journey. When we got to the wall, Cathy ensured that our tickets were arranged in advance and all our entries were very smooth. Cathy helped us take beautiful photos and allowed us enough time to explore on our own too.
Cathy is a professional tour guide who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She has even helped us arrange two further tours in other Chinese cities. We would highly recommend a tour with Cathy, if we could, I'd give her 100 stars!

Excellent day tour!! - Cathy and her driver picked us up from our hotel and was very punctual. She was very knowledgeable and shared many stories with us, giving us a lot of background information to the places we visited and other various parts of Beijing. Huanghuacheng is definitely worth a visit if you want to experience the Great Wall with no to little crowd. Lunch was amazing. The trip to and from the hotel was very comfortable. Highly recommend!!!!

Great! - Amazing day at the Great Wall with a lovely guide and delicious lunch! We avoided the most crowded spots and had very interesting chats about the wall and Chinese culture in general.

WONDERFUL TOUR WITH EXCELLENT GUIDE !!! - WOW, WHAT A WONDERFUL DAY!
We are a family from Italy, it was our first time in china and beijing, it was a great choice to book with cathy’s private tour, because we spend an amazing day throughout the hills of the great wall, we spent the morning on the spot really no people, without any crowds bothering us, which allowed us to see the tranquility of the huang hai cheng part, where the lake meets the wall!
Then we did a lovely lunch, ( THE BEST MEAL ) in china so far, including very tasty trout finish which we loved so much.
In the afternoon we climbed through the cable car up to the Mutianyu part, which is a little more people but we managed to climbed to the top point, we had a very great time on the wall.
Our tour guide Kathy leading us to the top of the wall, sharing with us lots of interesting historical information about china, the wall, and beijing, she is very funny with lots os jokes, she is very passionate about her works, we had a very wonderful day with her, thumbs up !!!
The car was very comfortable and large enough to feeds the four of us, the driver Su was very punctual and professional, with nice air conditioning and water in hand, would highly recommend!!!👏🏼👍🏼

Best trip to 2 parts of the wall, Cathy and driver are amazing! - Cathy and her driver are just amazing. This tour was exactly what we wanted. We saw two different parts of the wall. The first was peaceful and hardly anybody else was there and the second the more expected busy wall at Mutianyu. It was great to see both and the contrast. She was able to arrange a baby car seat for my 2 year old and the driver was very good and safe. The car was new and very clean. She arranged for us to try tea near Mutianyu Great Wall which I really enjoyed. Lunch was at a very nice tasty restaurant. She was very patient with my kids (aged 2, 6 and 8) and even when they had to go to the bathroom frequently. Cathy was so great that we had her arrange some other things for us while we were in Beijing including an aerobatic show and our transport to the airport. She even made some bookings for us on WeChat that were free just to help us. She went above and beyond and was a fantastic guide. I would definitely book with her again and recommend that others do the same. She is the best! My 2 year old even hugged her and he usually absolutely refuses to hug anybody outside our family. In fact, my kids specifically asked that I include a lot of ! in the review, so here you go: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kathy is amazing!!! - Kathy is amazing! Very knowledgable & great fun :-) Super comfortable car and lovely driver. She will take you to a super quiet and private part of the wall - felt like VIP experience. Would highly recommend

Excellent day out - Cathy had excellent communication right from the beginning and kept us to date with plans for day• She arranged to meet us in the hotel lobby and had the car waiting right outside the door. Cathy was very friendly with a good level of English . She explained some Chinese history and culture on the way to the wall. We were lucky to have the 1st part of the wall to ourselves as it was an early pick up. Cathy helped us get loads of great pictures and videos
A quick visit to a traditional tea room was an added bonus too.
We rounded up the day in a local restaurant where Cathy selected the best dishes for us to try. Wonderful meal. We felt safe with our driver
Zhang and the car was extremely comfortable. I’m would highly recommend this tour
