• Ming Tombs (Ming Shishan Ling) - The tour guide will collect guests from their Beijing downtown hotel lobby between 6:30 am and 8:00 am. They will board a comfortable coach to embark on a full-day Beijing excursion.

Travel for 1.5 hours to the Ming Tombs area, where the mausoleums of thirteen emperors from the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644) are located. Guests will explore the Dingling Tomb, the resting place of Emperor Zhu Yijun, the thirteenth emperor of the Ming Dynasty, and his two empresses. The highlight here is the stone Underground Palace, which houses precious relics. Following this, visitors will tour a jade carving factory to observe the unique carving craft and shop.

• The Great Wall at Badaling - After enjoying a traditional Chinese lunch at a local restaurant, the tour continues to the Badaling Great Wall, the highlight of the trip. Guests can hike up on foot or take a cable car (at their own expense) to the Great Wall, walk along the ancient bricks, experience its rich culture, and uncover its profound history.
