Very nice and well used the day - Very interesting and very well the Mary guide. Ideal if you have limited time to get to know Beijing. You avoid waiting and transfers are comfortable and fast.

Great! - The whole trip has been very interesting, especially the pandas that are very cuckoo. I also found the tea ceremony very interesting. The guide, Mary, has been very nice and has taken great care of us throughout the tour. Highly recommended

Very good day - The Summer Palace and Lama Temple were very good and the Panda Garden at the zoo was good too. The sculptures at the zoo were as interesting as the animals. There were also two sales pitch stops which cut into the time available for actual attractions. The guide was informative and knowledgeable but did not speak loud enough, especially when facing away from us (the only two people on tour). Overall, it was a very good day.

Tea ceremony was... - Tea ceremony was fantastic and very interesting. Michael was very helpful and polite. We had plenty of time to do all what was in the programme and more.

An amazing experience - Mary, our guide, was very knowledgeable and entertaining. She really tried to cater to our individual likes, while offering her own ideas. The Lama temple was such a cultural delight! The sights, the sounds and the smells made this an incredible tour, which I cannot recommend enough.

Super nice Panda, Summer Palace, and la Temple experience - The secret garden at the Summer Palace was amazing. Very inspiring spiritual experience at the Lama Temple. Local food was delicious. You can miss the dumplings.

Need to be more focus on the tour - It was a good experiencia but I did really dislike being taken to places to shop, before going to the tour.

Be aware. - We went on a 1 day tour in January. First stop was the zoo at 7.45am to see the pandas, then a walk around Summer Palace (note: you do not go up to the palace) and then the tour takes a swift turn at 10.30am to be all about selling. We were taken to a pearl factory where there is immense pressure for you to buy things and then a tea ceremony where we were scammed by sales people and ended up paying $115 AU for two 100g teas! Disgraceful to take advantage of tourists like this and the experience was certainly ruined after that. The guides clearly make commission off sales and encourage it instead of protecting against. Would not recommend.

The Most Disgusting tour in my life - 今までのツアーで最悪のツアーでした。今後はこの事実に対して運営会社が何も行わない場合には、（返金を含む）今後このサイトはつかいません。集合時間が８時はずなのにまず、７時１５分に電話をかけてきて、７時半に集合だと主張したところからおかしな奴だとおもいましたが、全く説明がありません。車に乗っても名乗ることもなく、説明もほぼなく鼻歌をうたっています。あまりに説明がないので、文句を言いさらにうるさいから鼻歌をやめるように言いました。また、エアコンが効いていないので、エアコンをつけるようにいうも全く英語が通じません。こちらの質問と違う返事が来る上に、説明もありません。これで英語のツアーといわれても意味が不明です。こちらは仕事で普通に英語を使っている日本人ですが、全く会話になりません。また、ガイドをやらないので鳥居にある獅子像をついてあえて来てみたら lionとのみ答えたので、もっと詳しく説明しろと命令したら、なんとなくあいまいなこたえが返ってきただけです。北京にいるあいだすでに４人のガイドを雇いましたが、今回のDaividは最悪です。息子も聞いていてあきれていたので、早く帰ろうと言ってました。なかなかこれまでひどいツアーに参加したことはないので、この場に書かせてもらいました。 I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the tour I participated in recently. It was, without a doubt, the worst tour experience I have ever had. If no action is taken regarding this matter—including a refund—I will never use this platform again. The scheduled meeting time was clearly set for 8:00 AM. However, I received a phone call at 7:15 AM, where the guide insisted the meeting time was 7:30 AM, without any prior notice or proper explanation. From that point, I already sensed something was wrong. Upon entering the vehicle, the guide did not introduce himself, nor did he offer any explanation about the tour. Instead, he began humming loudly, which I found extremely unprofessional. Due to the complete lack of communication and explanation, I eventually had to confront him and asked him to stop the humming as well. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the vehicle was not working properly. I repeatedly asked the guide to turn it on, but he did not seem to understand English at all. Despite this being advertised as an English tour, our conversation was completely dysfunctional. I am a Japanese professional who uses English daily for work, and I can confidently say that his English was not at a tour-guide level. In one instance, I asked him to explain a pair of lion statues at a torii gate. His response was simply “lion,” and when I demanded more explanation, he mumbled something vague and incoherent. I have hired four different tour guides during my stay in Beijing, and this guide—David—was by far the worst. Even my son was shocked by his lack of professionalism and asked if we could leave early. This experience was not only frustrating but also a complete waste of time and money. Not what expected - We didn't spend more than 10 minutes at the Zoo and wasn't able to visit gift shop. We spent too long at Summer Palace but no boat ride just many stories which I didn't understand as the guide spoke so fast. Then we visited a place for a foot massage which wasn't on the itinary where they sold Chinese herbal medicine to some at 200 pounds a time. Then the lunch was so bad I couldn't eat it- the place where lunch was was so grotty. Then we were taken to a place where they try to sell you silk duvets also not on itinary. Arrived back later than expected -not dropped at hotel due to traffic just a few mins walk though. The group we were with lovely.
