• Wangfujing Street - Wangfujing is renowned as one of the most famous shopping streets, not only in Beijing but throughout China. It is a bustling street known for its modern and fashionable trends. Wangfujing Shopping Street features a wide array of shops and boutiques, including world-famous brands and restaurants. Additionally, there are many long-standing stores offering traditional goods that have been part of the street for centuries. Today, Beijing’s Wangfujing Street is a modern commercial street comparable to the Champs Elysees in Paris. A notable landmark is the Foreign Languages Bookstore, which offers books, art supplies, videos, and CDs across several floors. The street level is ideal for purchasing coffee table books about China in various languages, as well as cookbooks and language learning materials.

At noon, guests will enjoy a local lunch, with options including Peking duck and vegetarian dishes. In the afternoon, the tour will continue to Niaochao National Stadium, Water Cube, and the Summer Palace.

• Olympic Park - Also known as the Olympic Green, Beijing Olympic Park hosted the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and Paralympics and will host the 2022 Winter Olympics. Historically, Chinese ancestors believed the sky is round and the earth is square, symbolizing nature’s harmony. The square Water Cube and the round Bird’s Nest beautifully embody this concept.
• Summer Palace (Yiheyuan) - The Summer Palace is the largest and best-preserved imperial garden, rich in history and culture. Once a summer retreat for emperors, this 716-acre park remains a haven for tourists, offering relaxation and strolls through ancient pavilions, mansions, temples, bridges, and a vast lake, with occasional stops at shops or tea houses.
