Beijing - Today, the tour guide will meet guests at their Beijing hotel lobby at 8:00 am. The first stop will be Tiananmen Square.
Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang) - At Tiananmen Square, visitors can capture stunning photos of the Tiananmen Tower, Monument to People’s Heroes, and Memorial Hall of Chairman Mao. Located in the heart of Beijing, Tiananmen Square has been the site of numerous historical events and gatherings over the centuries. Today, it hosts grand celebrations, military parades, and welcoming ceremonies for foreign dignitaries. Visitors can admire the towering Monument to People’s Heroes and the solemn Memorial Hall of Chairman Mao. The traditional Tiananmen Tower, Zhengyang Gate, and Qianmen Arrow Tower are also located here.
Forbidden City-The Palace Museum - Next, guests will cross the Tiananmen Tower to visit the Forbidden City, where 24 emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties (1368 - 1911) resided and managed national affairs. The Forbidden City, serving as the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties, is the largest and best-preserved ancient wooden complex in the world. The palace is divided into the Inner Court and Outer Court by the Palace of Heavenly Purity, with the outer section for handling affairs and the inner section as the living quarters for the imperial family. The complex is also a vast museum with over one million national treasures on display.
Mutianyu Great Wall - Upon reaching the scenic area’s parking lot, guests will take an electric car to the entrance and then a chairlift to the 14th watchtower. They can enjoy a leisurely hike on the wall for about 2 hours, ending with a toboggan ride down. The Great Wall at Mutianyu, built and restored in the early Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644), is one of the most renowned sections of the Wall. Mutianyu is celebrated for its unique beauty. Visitors can explore the ancient structure and learn about its history and significance. The professional guide will answer any questions and share exclusive stories and facts about the Mutianyu Great Wall.
Beijing - At the end of the day, guests will be escorted back to their Beijing hotel.

Beijing - In the morning, the guide and driver will pick up guests from their hotel to continue the Beijing tour.
Temple of Heaven - The first stop is the Temple of Heaven, the largest group of royal ceremonial buildings in China. In the past, emperors held annual sacrificial ceremonies here to worship heaven and pray for a good harvest. Today, it is a large park where visitors can see locals exercising and engaging in recreational activities.
Back Lakes (Hou Hai) - The tour continues with a visit to Beijing Hutong. Guests will take a rickshaw through the old alleys and visit a Hutong family to see how traditional Beijingers live. The area is home to many popular restaurants, cafes, and local food stores, offering a great opportunity to taste local cuisine. The guide will provide suggestions. After lunch, guests can stroll around Houhai Lake and explore more of the Hutong area.
Lama Temple (Yonghegong) - After visiting the Hutong, guests will be driven to the Lama Temple, the largest Buddhist temple in Beijing. It combines architectural styles from various groups, including Han, Manchu, Mongol, and Tibet. Open to tourists since 1981, the temple attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors annually for prayer and sightseeing.
Summer Palace (Yiheyuan) - A 30-minute drive will take guests to the Summer Palace, known as the museum of ancient royal gardens. The expert guide will lead the tour. The garden mainly consists of Longevity Hill and Kunming Lake. The Long Corridor, 728 meters (796.2 yards) long, is the longest corridor in Chinese gardens. It connects Longevity Hill with Kunming Lake, beginning at the Yaoyue (Inviting-Moon) Gate and ending at Shizhang Pavilion. Visitors can admire the exquisite murals and enjoy melodious music while walking along the corridor.
Beijing - Finally, the guide and driver will escort guests back to their hotel.

Beijing West Railway Station - Today, there are no activities planned, just a train journey to Xi’an in first class. The driver will take guests to the train station, but there will be no tour guide. The train options include G429 10:45-16:25 or G667 11:19-17:08, with the journey taking around 6 hours.
Xi’an North Railway Station Parking Lot - Upon arrival in Xi’an, guests will be picked up by a local driver and transferred to their Xi’an hotel (driver only, no guide).

Xi’an - In the morning, the tour guide will meet guests at their Xi’an hotel lobby at 9:00 am and transfer them to the Terracotta Warriors Museum, an 80-minute drive, 45 km away.
The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses - Tickets are reserved online in advance, and the guide will help guests skip the line at the museum entrance. With the guide, guests will explore the Terracotta Warriors Museum, visiting the three excavated pits and the Bronze Chariots and Horses Exhibition Hall. Despite being buried for over 2,200 years, the clay warriors and horses remain vivid with distinct appearances. Guests will spend at least two and a half hours at this remarkable site.
Small Goose Pagoda - Next, guests will transfer to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, located inside Jianfu Temple, about one kilometer south of Xi’an city center. It is one of two famous and significant Buddhist pagodas from the Tang Dynasty, about 1300 years ago. The Small Wild Goose Pagoda and its larger counterpart, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, are important Buddhist sites dating back to the Tang Dynasty, 1300 years ago. These pagodas symbolized Chang’an (Constant Peace) city. Xi’an (West Peace) was known as Chang’an until the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), when Beijing became the capital of China. Chang’an served as the capital for ten dynasties.
Xi’an City Wall (Chengqiang) - After lunch, guests will transfer to the city wall. They can walk or cycle around the wall, with bike rental fees paid locally if they choose to cycle. The ancient City Wall is the first landmark visitors encounter in Xi’an, encircling the old city. It is one of Xi’an’s most famous attractions and represents one of the oldest and best-preserved Chinese city walls, as well as one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world.
Muslim Quarter - The last stop is the Muslim Bazaar, the city’s most vibrant area. Guests can explore the bazaar at their own pace and return to the hotel independently. The guide will provide directions for returning to the hotel. The Great Mosque and the Bell and Drum Tower Square are within walking distance of the Bazaar. The Bazaar offers many boutique stores with fair prices and a variety of excellent dining options for dinner.
Xi’an - At the end of the day, guests will be driven back to their Xi’an hotel.

Xi’an - In the morning, the tour guide will meet guests at their Xi’an hotel lobby at 8:30 am and transfer them to Hanyanglin, a 30-minute drive, 15 km away.
Tomb of Emperor Jingdi (Hanyangling) - Guests will first drive for one hour to visit the Hanyangling Mausoleum, located at the site of the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi, built in 153 AD. With the guide, guests will have a close look at the thousand-year-old tombs through glass floors and walls in the tomb pits. Additionally, the advanced Spectra Vision program will recreate the real life of the Western Han Dynasty about 2,000 years ago. Guests will have two hours to explore the site.
Shaanxi History Museum - After lunch, the Xi’an group tour continues to the Shaanxi History Museum. The unique historical and cultural heritage of Shaanxi is undoubtedly praiseworthy as a treasure house of Chinese civilization, and the Shaanxi History Museum is a palace of art displaying Shaanxi’s history and culture and China’s ancient civilization. The museum houses approximately 370,000 antiquities, ranging from prehistoric relics to those from the 1840s. The collection spans over one million years and is superior in value, quantity, rank, and variety. The guide will provide professional and comprehensive explanations.
Big Wild Goose Pagoda (Dayanta) - Instead of entering the temple to visit the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, guests will have a photo stop for half an hour. Based on suggestions from previous guests, this is sufficient to see the pagoda and the statue of Monk Xuanzang at the south square outside the temple. As a well-preserved ancient building and a holy place for Buddhists, the pagoda, built during the Tang Dynasty, was once the site where Xuanzang translated Buddhist sutras. Today, the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda Area is a popular destination for both tourists and locals in Xi’an. It is a wonderful place to enjoy charming night scenes and relax. Around the pagoda, the south square leads to the Great Tang All Day Mall, where visitors can appreciate unique sculptures in Tang Dynasty styles and enjoy classical music performances in public. The north square features the largest musical fountain in Asia, free to view but with scheduled show times.
Xi’an North Railway Station Parking Lot - In the late afternoon, the driver and guide will take guests to Xi’an North Railway Station, where a train to Chengdu awaits (D1947 18:00–21:41). The train journey takes around 4 hours.
Chengdu Station - Upon arrival in Chengdu, guests will be picked up and transferred to their Chengdu hotel (driver only, no guide).

Chengdu - In the morning, the driver and guide will meet guests at 8:00 am at their Chengdu hotel and transfer them to the Chengdu Panda Base, a 30-minute drive, 15 km away.
Giant Panda Breeding Research Base (Xiongmao Jidi) - The first stop is Chengdu’s Giant Panda Breeding Research Base, home to over 80 of China’s iconic pandas. Most are the familiar black and white variety, but the Base also houses several smaller, lesser-known red pandas. Guests will observe the animals eating and playing in a carefully maintained habitat that closely resembles their natural environment. They will also learn about the efforts of scientists and ecologists to protect the remaining wild pandas and expand the captive population. Since 1987, over 100 bears have been born at the Base. The Base gained even more importance after the 2008 Sichuan earthquake, with eight bears relocated here from the severely damaged Wolong reserve. Visitors provide both moral and financial support for the ongoing conservation efforts.
Chengdu Renmin Park - Next, guests will visit Renmin Park, a comprehensive garden for cultural heritage collection and entertainment. Locals in Chengdu often relax by drinking tea here. To truly understand the “Capital of Leisure” lifestyle, a visit to Renmin Park is essential. Crowds gather in the park’s shade from sunrise. Popular activities include visiting a teahouse, ordering a cup of tea, reading for an entire afternoon, thinking about nothing, or chatting with old friends. Enjoying the slow life in Chengdu, guests may suddenly realize they are leading a happy life.
Jinli Pedestrian Street - After lunch, guests will take a private car to Jinli Old Street for an impressive trip to the famous old street. Time seems to slip away while walking along the lively streets filled with delicious local snacks, delicate artifacts, and interesting folk shows.
Chengdu - At the end of the day, the guide will escort guests back to their hotel.

Chengdu - After breakfast at the hotel, the driver and guide will meet guests at the hotel lobby at 9:00 am and transfer them to Leshan, a 2.5-hour drive, 150 km away.
Leshan Giant Buddha (Da Fo) - Guests will experience the Giant Buddha of Leshan, one of Chinese Buddhism’s holiest sites, on this amazing full-day tour from Chengdu. Dating from the 8th century, the Giant Buddha of Leshan is the largest carved stone Buddha and the tallest pre-modern statue in the world. It was carved from the cliffs of Lingyun Shan to calm the turbulent waters of the three rivers flowing beneath its gaze. Stairs carved into the cliff connect the area at the Buddha’s feet with the land above, allowing guests to view this astonishing sight from various vantage points. The views are stunning over elbows and knees, taking in the river scene and Leshan’s skyline. Upon arrival in Leshan, guests can have lunch at a restaurant with a view of the Giant Buddha. They will then explore the Giant Buddha and enjoy fantastic views of the surrounding landscape from atop the Buddha’s head. The tour includes a visit to Lingyun Temple and Museum, providing deeper insight into the history of this amazing Buddhist site and the story of the Giant Buddha’s carving.
Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport - Afterwards, guests will take a private car back to Chengdu airport for a flight around 19:30, arriving at Guilin airport at 21:30 pm. Upon arrival at Guilin airport, guests will be picked up and transferred to their Guilin hotel (driver only, no guide).

Guilin - In the morning, the guide and driver will pick up guests from the hotel at around 07:45 and escort them to the Zhujiang pier to start the Guilin Li River cruise to Yangshuo (4-star boat with buffet lunch).
Li River - Boarding is scheduled for 9:20 am, and the journey takes about 4 hours. With the guide’s company and interpretation, guests can immerse themselves in the stunning karst landscape of rolling hills, verdant forests, odd caves, and tranquil villages along the Li River. A buffet Chinese lunch will be served on board before reaching Yangshuo at 2:00 pm.
Xianggong Mountain - After disembarkation, guests will be driven to see Yangshuo Xianggong Hill. They will climb for 15 minutes along a moderately sloped staircase to reach the top of Xianggong Hill. Guests should inform the guide in advance if they need a walking stick. Located between the famous Yellow Cloth Shoal and Mural Hill, Xianggong Hill is one of the best viewing platforms in Guilin to appreciate the beauty of the Li River. The breathtaking view of the meandering Li River making a 180-degree bend attracts countless visitors and photographers annually.
Guilin - Afterwards, guests will take a private car to their Guilin hotel around 5:00 pm, with free time for the rest of the day.

Guilin - The guide will pick up guests at the hotel lobby at around 8:30 am. They will be escorted to the renowned Reed Flute Cave, a 30-minute ride away.
Reed Flute Cave (Ludi Yan) - Upon arrival at the cave, guests will enter the underground karst cave and marvel at the stunning formations of stalagmites and stalactites. The Reed Flute Cave is famous for its numerous stalagmites and stalactites shaped like bamboo shoots, pillars, curtains, and flowers, creating a splendid underground palace. Inside the cave, guests can discover more astonishing sights, such as stone lions, miniature forests, pagodas, and crystal chambers, each with a romantic or interesting story. The guide’s vivid interpretation, along with the lighting, adds mystery to the scene. A trip to the cave lasts about 40 minutes.
Dragon’s Backbone Rice Terraces - After a two-hour drive, guests will reach the entrance for the Longji Terraces, where they will purchase Longji entrance tickets for the rice terraces in Ping’an Village. This village is home to the most famous and beautiful rice terraces in Longji and requires a 30-minute drive from the entrance ticket office. Upon arrival, guests will take a moderate trek along steps to Ping’an Zhuang Village. The walk takes about 40 minutes. The guide will lead a stroll around the village, where guests can glimpse the unique wooden stilted houses of the local Zhuang people and enjoy lunch in the village. After a short lunch break, guests will continue their terrace exploration to the No.2 Viewing Platform (Seven Star with the Moon), a 15-minute walk, offering a fantastic spot for a bird’s-eye view of the Longji Terraces. Guests will have ample time to take pictures and enjoy the fresh air at the platform. Then, they will head to the No.1 Viewing Platform (Nine Dragons and Five Tigers), a 30-minute walk along a flat path.
Guangxi Airport Management Group Guilin Liangjiang International Airport Company - At the end of the Longji Terraces tour, guests will be taken back to their hotel/airport/train station in Guilin in a private car. This marks the end of the tour services. Note: Flights/trains should depart around 7:30 pm or later.
