On a previous trip to the... - On a previous trip to the area I felt I only got a glimpse of the vineyards and didn't know where to taste the wine. On this trip I really wanted to take a deeper dive and thought hiring a private guide was the way to go. I was very happy that I did and learned a great deal about the history, the geology and the wine making process. My guide, Jeremie Durand, did an excellent job fulfilling my wishes and was very knowledgeable. He took me to 2 small producers in Gevrey-Chambertin for tastings and a larger "negociant" in Nuits-Saint-George that buys harvested grapes and wine to bottle under it's own label. I learned quite a lot and tasted several Pinot Noirs from the Village, 1st and Grand Cru appellations.

A Must-Do for Someone who wants to Experience the Wine Region of Burgundy - Jeremie was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Burgundy and about the wine produced here. He was friendly and engaging. The wines that we tasted in the morning and evening were excellent as was the place he brought us for lunch. I can’t wait to come back to do another tour with him.

An Unforgettable day! - It was an opportunity to explore the terroir of the Burgundy region and taste wonderful wines, including Premier and Grand Cru wines from Aloxe-Corton (Caroline Frey), Moillard-Grivot, and Philippe Leclerc. The region is beautiful, and our master guide, Jeremie Durand, always attentive, gave a lesson on the factors that make this region unique. It was an opportunity to demystify the wines of this region and learn a lot.

Outstanding wine tour - Jérémie was an outstanding host, friendly and knowledgeable on both history of the area and the wine. He chose great venues for tastings and lunch was out of this world!! Would highly recommend, we had a full day and didn’t want it to end.

Excellent private wine tour - Jeremie was awesome. He was knowledgable and personable. Would recommend! He also was a very smooth driver and I was worried I would be carsick with the terrain and all the wine and I felt great the whole time. Also his recommendation for lunch was 10/10
