• Lindisfarne Priory - From the rocky outcrop on the island, we can enjoy a panoramic view of the Priory. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to explore the village and buy refreshments.
• Lindisfarne Castle - We will observe the castle from afar, as there won’t be enough time for a visit.
• Holy Island - The walk across the sands leads us to Holy Island.

The journey across the sands at low tide is enchanting, reminiscent of the era of Saxon Kings and Celtic Priests. Participants are likely to see and hear Grey seals as they rest on the sands. Stories from Roman times will be shared, allowing you to envision early pilgrims making the crossing to honor St Aidan and St Cuthbert. Holy Island is a unique destination, and the most rewarding way to approach it is by walking across the sands—barefoot, if you wish to fully embrace the experience!

The walk is a one-way trip to the island, with a return to the starting point in the operator’s vehicle after enjoying some free time on Holy Island.
