This chocolate making... - This chocolate making workshop was such a great experience for my 10-year-old daughter and I. It was an intimate small group experience with six participants. Our instructor, Tom, did a great job leading the class. The chocolate was delicious and the process of making it was very enjoyable. Highly recommend doing this workshop during your trip to Bruges!

The Belgian Chocolate... - The Belgian Chocolate Workshop was an all around amazing experience! It was a great opportunity to not only make and enjoy delicious Belgian chocolate, but to also learn about the history and meet others from around the world. Andy was so kind and interactive and made sure everyone was on the same page. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Bruges!

Just Pralines - Great experience, our host Harry was great at explaining things. Only a few people had a few broken Pralines but even with that they still had plenty of chocolates. Chocolate was tasty and plentiful. This class is mainly focused on the pralines. The host made the hot chocolate and we were able to take the leftover chocolate home so there was nuts and trail mix to use with that. We had a few options for filling in the pralines including syrups (strawberry, coffee, and caramel) and then ganache. You can mix these ingredients however you please. There is no decorating of the pralines but our class did use up the full 2.5 hrs.

Fun! - This was a fun activity that we're glad we did. We walked away with about 30 pieces of chocolate a piece and lots of fun pictures and memories.

Nice workshop! - Very nice experience. Humorous but also learned a lot in a fun multicultural group. Everything very well explained and super tasty pralines got home.

It was an experience... - It was an original experiment, we were able to manipulate different utensils and we made several types of chocolate with different scents. Only downside the experience is totally in English and it can be complicated to understand everything if you are not fluent in English...
