• The Belgian Chocolate Makers (Training Center) - As an authentic Belgian chocolate maker certified by the Belgian government, this center offers a unique opportunity to craft your own chocolates with a true artisan! Join in sharing the passion and gain extensive knowledge about Belgian chocolate, from the plantations to the store in Brussels.

During this experience, participants will create mendiants, truffles, and a personalized chocolate bar to take home at the end of the workshop. It’s a wonderful opportunity to engage with the chocolate makers, who will share insights about cacao. Participants will have the chance to taste a cacao bean (super bitter!) and cacao liquor (no alcohol, just the cacao mass used in chocolate making).

The experience is held in a brand-new training center, a well-equipped 150m2 workshop that accommodates up to 60 participants. The workshop is fully air-conditioned, so it might feel a bit chilly during the activity. Please dress accordingly.

Due to high demand, three sessions are now available daily at 11 AM, 2 PM, and 5 PM. In the training center, wearing a hairnet is required. Water dispensers and accessible restrooms are available.
