First of all, the drinks... - First of all, the drinks at the bar are top notch! Our tour guide’s name was Rogelio and he was very informative. We really enjoyed the history tour and also we enjoyed the privilege of tasting the fine rums, especially the 4 and 5 stars. We loved the certificates too! We are going to keep them in our bar area at home. This was worthwhile. Also, the property itself is beautiful.
I think it might save some money to buy this tour directly on the website of the distillery instead of through Viator because there really was no “line” to skip. But it was useful since I booked other tours on Viator so I kept track of things easier on the app.

Fantastic time, no notes! - Wonderful tour with Timmy. The rum tasting was great but I really enjoyed the behind the scenes look at how the rum is made and stored. Al’s quite rare that tours let you sample $750 bottles. Great experience.

An amazing and professional experience - We had a lovely and lucky private experience with Octavio. He answered all our questions and gave us a great experience to remember. The rum tasting was amazing and a truly memorable experience. Would recommend 100% and the giftshop is great especially the experience we had after purchasing the 4 star rum. Cocktails are also delicious. Thank you Octavio!!

So tasty!!! - The rum was delicious and the history of this company and the behind the scenes tour of the factory where it’s made and bottled is very special. The signature cocktails at the bar are excellent and the hand shaken pina colada is not to be missed!!

Authentic Local History - This was a great tour learning about the history of this San Juan family's distillery. It is no longer owned by the family, but the distillery has upheld their legacy. The tasting was also very informative. I really enjoyed the authentic experience this is.

Interesting but entertaining short tour of San Juan historic rum distillery. - Very nice tour with knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide Marjorie. Learned a lot about the history of rum distillation in San Juan.
