Family reunification visit from brother from Cuba - We had a great time and the personalized service was fantastic. The staff did an excellent job, keeping our drinks in our hands and smiles on our faces. Everything was fine from the person who sold us the excursion and the entire team. I recommend it.

Well worth it - After a short journey to the boats we were split into two groups. One on the speed boat and the other a catamaran. We were on the later. First stop for snorkeling and the a cruise to the island. On board we were supplied with drinks and dancing. On the island we had lunch of either lobster-pork chops-chicken with all the trimmings. Swim in the sea then a speed boat back stopping for more snorkeling and party in the sea.

Our Tour Was Cancelled Twice - Our tours were cancelled two days in a row for weather, but it was only partly cloudy with infrequent rain and other tour companies did pick up fellow resort guests who shared that they experienced good weather?

Waste of money/time - Don’t waste your time. This excursion was so unorganized. Waited 45 min at another hotel picking up passengers that had not pre booked. By the time we got to where we needed to be, we missed our boat to the island. Had to wait another 30 min trying to get on another boat. Left the resort at 7am and didn’t get to the island till almost noon. Spent a couple hours on a run down beach then took a catamaran back. We were on the bus traveling for a total of about 7 hours there and back and about two hours on the beach. The beach area was the same area where the boats come in to board. So everyone had to move when a boat came in.
Would have rather stayed at the resort then to have to waste a whole day of our vacation.
We brought our concerns about the trip to the person we booked with and the said they’d get back with us and never did.

stay away - the worst tour ever, we were waiting from 7:40 a.m. to 8:35 a.m. for them to pick us up, the aoutobus is small and full of people (about 20), it takes about 1 hour to get to BAHIBE there you have to walk to ek point where the boats leave, another half hour wait, the time that you stop enjoying the natural pools and the beach of saona is minimal, they are only interested in getting money from you in photos, tips for the one who drives the boat, the bus, the guide, the photos are a scandal who wants to charge like 100 dollars for digital photos in the era dq any phone takes incredible photos.
A pina colada 10 dollars and lunch nothing to see, the drinks are only rum with cola and only that.
I recommend investing with the locals that they do know about the companies that provide better service.

Terrible - Excursion was a total disaster from the beginning. As per instructions, we called the tour company 24 hours prior to confirm our pickup. After 4 different attempts, our travel agent finally got a hold of someone who spoke english and was told we were on the list for pickup at 0700 am. We waited in the lobby until 0800 am and no pickup ever arrived. We made multiple attempts to call the tour company and were unable to reach anybody, so we went about our day. Our travel agent finally got ahold of the tour company and was told that they were at the hotel waiting for us until 0730 which was absolutely not true. Avoid this tour company, they are terrible!

not impressed - did this trip from punta cana on wednesday 5th june 2019 , our pick up from the hotel was a shamble to start with , got to the bay and was constantly hassled by people to buy stuff we didnt want , got to the island and was told we would be on there for 2 hours not impressed , as when i made the booking there were several options , and i payed for 4 HOURS on the island which we didnt get , i feel like ive been ripped off and it put a spoiler on the hole trip , so for anyone doing this trip go for the cheap option as its not worth paying for some thing you dont get !
