The transfer is made by the hotel bus to Bayahibe and in Bayahibe we will enjoy the excursion, boat, lunch, drinks, catamaran and more. Travelers will enjoy 8 hours of excursion between the pick-up, the natural pool, the beach and the party on the catamaran .

On the Saona Island tour we will visit the natural pool with the speedboat where the finest sand bank is to bathe, have fun with the sea stars, that place is called (Lagun Azul) then we will continue to observe the channel that divides the Saona island with mainland the channel of (Catuano). There we will be in the Caribbean paradise We have lunch on the island and we will return on a catamaran with the party, music and drinks.
Important note: the Saona Island tour is an excursion shared with groups, normally the boat can hold 30 to 45 people and the catamaran, which has a capacity of X, can hold 50 to 60 people due to its capacity, it is not an excursion. VIP that is not all personalized, the VIP is one or 2 even a group with everything alone. But it is a private company excursion.

Me and my family enjoyed... - Me and my family enjoyed our experience. The staff was very friendly. Our driver “Max” and the staff who stayed along with us during the whole duration “ Danny” made us feel welcomed and very safe. Would definitely recommend, great experience and customer!

Saona does not disappoint 🌴🌊 - Stunning views. Beautiful water color like you’ve never seen! Fun trip to and from on catamaran and speed boat! Fun crew members! It’s a great trip! Avoid the professional photographer on the crew UNLESS you want to purchase the pics…you WILL want to buy the pictures!

The most beautiful beach of life - The most beautiful beach I've ever seen! The tour is very worth it, there is no way to describe how beautiful it is! The water is crystal clear, the landscape looks like film and the climate of the place is simply perfect. I'd come back a thousand times!

Saona Island - The beauty of the water & beach of Saona Island is unmatched. I’ve never seen anything like it. Also the catamaran ride to it was so much fun. We had drinks, great music, & the crew was AWESOME!

Great trip - Island is beautiful and definitely worth a trip. There were no seaweeds and it's just paradise. Boat trip was also great, with speed boat stopping in natural swimming pool for 45 min and then continuing to the island. Catamaran on the way back was very relaxing.
The only minus is the false advertising of open bar. Open bar included only rum and coke (no diet coke or any other options). During lunch, there was also beer available (but just during lunch) and barmen at Saona were rude.
I would still recommend.

Natural pool was amazing - The tour itself was great, the water was unbelievable. The best part is where the stop at the natural pool and you get to swim there for about 45 minutes. You get to the island and you eat there’s really nothing to do there. There’s a million people coming up to you trying to sell you things. My only issue is with the photos they take which I agreed to of course, they wanted to airdrop them
To me for $20 each or $350 for all the ones they took, after brining the price down to $200 we get back to shore and the photographer looks for someone who can take an Apple Pay payment since I didn’t bring my card, so my husband said ok so we said 200, and he said plus 10 percent, that’s not what we agreed on and he got very upset we had to end up paying that since he had already sent me the photos, come to find out he actually charged my card $240. Not happy about that situation but it’s my fault for allowing them to take the pictures in the first place. Besides that, I would’ve been ok with just going and spending more time at the natural pool, that was the highlight of the trip.

Need better customer service and better vehicles - Drivers would communicate to let us know what or why we had to switch vans. Also it didn't feel like an excursion no music was played at all and on the way back van broke down leaving us stranded for a long time before we could be pick up.

Result - Total defection! Thousands of tourists. Food terrible - mass handling. The main thing Cheap Rum and Coke (water is also available) that’s it. The traders on the island constantly annoy. The water is cloudy due to the many people and boats, you can see no fish and no starfish at all. Cruel environmental destruction! Never again!

Far from expectations. - The island itself is beautiful, but several things make me give the tour a poor rating.
1. It takes us 3 hours from the hotel in Uvero Alto to Bayahibe where we take the boat. The bus was extremely uncomfortable. I'm 1.76m tall and my legs were pressed against the seat in front of me. We made 4 or 5 stops to pick up passengers and a store.
2. The natural pool is marketed as a paradise for starfish viewing. It's very beautiful, but there are almost no stars left. We did see one. Tourism scared them away.
3. The island is very beautiful, but dozens of boats and catamarans with hundreds of people ruin the beauty of the place.
4. The lunch was terrible, very poor quality.
5. The open bar is a farce, there's only rum, coke and Sprite. And without ice...
In short, the island is beautiful. We were there for about 2 and a half hours, but the entire experience was far from what we expected and I don't think it's worth the 12-hour tour (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) for the 2 hours on the island.

Spring Break No Show - The driver never contacted me about when to be picked up, ignored over 20 phone calls. I was outside of the resort an hour before departure and stayed until after the excursion was supposed to start but my driver simply never showed up. We planned one of our spring break days around this excursion and it was very frustrating to essentially waste a because of a no show.
