Our tour guide William was excellent. Very knowledgeable an personable. Highlight was riding the horses on the beach. - Our tour guide William was excellent. Only 3 of us so our experience was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about Roatan. Highlight was riding on the beach with the horses. Highly recommend.

3rd party tour better than thru cruise line! - Most of all, don’t be worried about booking outside of cruise line. Anderson and Antony at the Anderson Tours business run a smooth operation. Personal attention was incredible. Ricardo, horseback tour guide and operator went above and beyond with quickly getting us on the trail, sharing local details, and was a fabulous iPhone photographer! The time in the bay was fun, and photos next to the ROATAN sign was a great surprise. Antony’s personal service made this an unforgettable excursion. We really appreciated his friendliness, sharing more information about the island, managing personal request for shopping stops, and really being flexible to our schedule, getting us back to the port with plenty of time to spare.

Great experience - We had a great experience! I was very scared to be on a horse after a previous injury and the guides helped me the entire time. They made sure I was comfortable and all my family was taken care of. We enjoyed every aspect of the excursion! One recommendation for those going into Roatan cruise port - know the name of the company you booked with BEFORE you step out of the gate. Horse ride was great. Beach was good - food expensive at the place they take you so plan accordingly or walk down the beach. Chocolate and rum “tour” tasting was good and quick. Helped to see more of the island. Our driver the entire time, Alan, was courteous and knowledgeable.

Best day of our one week cruise - This day spent with Edgar from Anderson Tours which was horseback riding, visiting the monkey and other assorted animals, then the beach has been the highlight of our cruise in every way possible. This blows away anything offered via the cruise ships. I would highly recommend this trip and make sure you ask for Edgar to escort you for the day. He’s like your personal butler for the day. What a nice man.

A Must! 🐴 - Awesome! Our driver Allen super friendly and patience (especially with our group of women) lol showed us around the city, took us out to eat authentic island food and dropped us off at port. If all possible if you can ask for Allen to take you around. Now getting to horseback ride/beach. Those young men made some of the women feel comfortable in riding the horses, stayed with them for assurance and made our day an Awesome one! I strongly suggest using Routan Anderson Tours.

Roatan Anderson Tours - We booked a horseback riding, beach excursion through Roatan Anderson Tours. It was amazing and so much more than I expected. The tour owner greeted us after providing us with detailed port instructions and assigned us to a private driver, Anthony. Anthony is the best! He is a wonderful, personable, polite young man as well as a safe, expert driver. We first headed horseback riding and Anthony waited for us. He then took us to a chocolate factory, which I didn’t even know was part of this and then rum tasting. We then went to a private beautiful beach at Foster’s Resort and Anthony checked on us throughout the day. We had a wonderful waiter there named Chris. The personal attention we received went above and beyond our expectations and next time we are in Roatan. I will only be booking through Anderson and requesting Anthony!

Ten Star Service - Myron was absolutely charming and was a great guide. The snorkling at the reef at West Bay Beach far exceeded our expectations. We could not have found our spot without Myron’s guidance. We were swimming right along side people who had paid $$ to get to the same spot, and we just waded out! We would definitely be repeat customers.

Easy, affordable access to one of the best beaches we've ever been to! - Off the cruise ship all we wanted was an easy beach day. We got picked up outside the terminal and driven to West Bay. The tour included beach access through Banarama. We got chairs and umbrellas and could buy lunch and drinks a la carte. Their cocktails were AMAZING: literally some of the best we've had in multiple trips to the Caribbean. We could have also bought snorkeling or other water activities if we wanted. Our driver waited at the resort until we were ready to go and got us straight back to the ship with plenty of time to spare. Highly recommend.

No one showed up to... - No one showed up to pickup. We paid to the taxi driver about $60.00 to the other port which is mentioned on booking voucher. Moreover over I call so many times to the booking agent but no reply. Some how we able to contact them. They refused our booking and than after so much argument she agreed to send the driver. Driver came almost one and a half hour later. I hope you understand our frustration. I booked with vaitorso many times and have no issues. I request to please refund my US$60.00 which I paid to the other taxi for good for nothing. If you want I will send the receipt which I got from the taxi company.

No Viator rep was at meeting place - Ref #867338378. Our ship did not arrive in Roatan until 10am…we were prompt in getting off the ship but took a while for the disembarkation and lengthy walk to the meeting place where we waited and waited for our Viator rep until there were absolutely no vendors or taxis left. As such we did not have an excursion for the day. It was disappointing and frustrating. Our instructions from you were to meet at 9:45 but the ship didn’t even arrive until 10. Would appreciate a refund of the amount we paid Viator when we booked 3/28/22. Thank you. Terri Katsouranis
